Can I use a built-in dishwasher without having to install it?

Is it possible to use the built-in dishwasher without installing itThere are times when a built-in dishwasher is already purchased, but there is no kitchen set for it yet. Then the question naturally arises: is it possible to put such a dishwasher separately? After all, there are probably ways to use the device, despite the fact that there is nowhere to integrate it. We will try to objectively answer this question.

Problems operating a non-integrated dishwasher

First of all, it is worth paying attention to the problems associated with the operation of a freestanding built-in dishwasher. The thing is that there will be no difficulties with connecting and starting up, since such an aggregate is designed in the same way as a device that is produced separately. But to use, therefore, the dishwasher regularly, experts do not advise. And that's why.

  1. Firstly, it is simply not aesthetically pleasing. It would seem a trifle. But all the unsightly insides that should be hidden behind the facade (for example, soundproofing material) will be on the outside, which will immediately give your kitchen an unpleasant look.
  2. It will be practically impossible to open the door of such a dishwasher without a facade, especially if it is equipped with a tight spring. After all, the built-in dishwasher is designed for a facade and a door with a handle, and without them, you will have to spend a lot of time to get used to it.
  3. Extra noise. Any dishwasher makes quite loud sounds, but built-in dishwashers are much more poorly equipped with sound insulation in the calculation that part of the sound will absorb the headset. Thus, if you operate the unit separately, be prepared for noise during its operation.
  4. The centrifugal force of the dishwasher is not as powerful as that of the washer, but still shaking your unit will be pretty good. This is not such a serious problem, but you need to be prepared for it.

The best thing, of course, is to wait and wait for the kitchen furniture in which the dishwasher will be built. Then there will be no worries and hassle, everything will work in standard mode. But if you really want to test the unit, consider the above difficulties in order to use the device correctly without embedding.

Temporary connection of a dishwasher

Now let's figure out how to install the built-in dishwasher separately from the furniture set.built-in PM

  1. First you need to connect the drain hose to the sewer. To do this, you can connect it to a part of the sink drain, which, in turn, connects to the sewer pipe. At the same time, it is important to create a kink near the place of “docking” so that the drain waste does not linger in the hose. In extreme cases, the drain hose can simply be left in the sink.
  2. Check that the drain hose is no more than 1.5. In the extreme case, you can leave 2m.
  3. Now you need to deal with the inlet hose. In order to install it, you must first put a special hose tee. Remove the mixer hose from the water supply and replace it with an adapter made of brass or bronze. Now install the mixer on one branch, the filter on the second, and the dishwasher hose on the third.

Attention! The last step is to connect to the network. For the first time, you can use an adapter, but when the unit is already built in, it must be connected to a moisture-proof outlet connected to the line protected by the machine.

Now you know how to operate your dishwasher without having to build it in, before the kitchen furniture arrives. Try out the new technique and stop using the dishes by hand.
