Device washing machines Bosch

disassembling bosh carsWhy do we need a Bosch brand washing machine? The answer to this question is obvious - in order to be able to repair it. After all, studying the device of a particular model of a washing machine, we learn to disassemble it, learn about its strengths and weaknesses, and, in the end, gaining experience, we can not only repair any failed unit, but also give recommendations to the user regarding the features operating a Bosch home assistant. Let's study the device of washing machines of this brand together.

Control panel parts

To make it easier to talk about the device of a Bosch brand washing machine, we decided to conditionally divide the modules of the “home assistant” into four main groups:

  • parts of the control panel;
  • body parts;
  • electrician, tank and drum;
  • hydraulics.

Note! It will be a question not only about internal, but also about external modules of Bosch washers.

Each of these groups includes a rather large number of various details, which we will talk about. Our priority task is to determine the functions of each part, as well as their exact location in the housing of the washing machine Bosch Let's begin to consider the control panel device. The control panel of the washing machine of this brand consists of a number of elements.

  1. The outer part of the control panel housing with a recess for the powder receiver and landing connectors for selectors and buttons.
  2. Overlays for the external panel with signs and inscriptions in Russian.
  3. Microchips and its fasteners.
  4. Mains capacitor.
  5. Protective cover for mains capacitor.
  6. Power cord.
  7. Exterior powder receptacle panel.
  8. Selector mechanism.
  9. The selector switch the washing mode.

In the figure below you can see a schematic representation of these parts and their locations. Depending on the model of the washing machine Bosch number and arrangement of parts of its panel may vary.

Similarities and differences

The device of the washing machine, which is produced under the Bosch brand, can be called unified. Inside these washers collected all the best that is in the automatic "home assistant", all that is time-tested, and has proven its performance. The location of the parts is basically quite convenient, you can get to everything you need, but there are also features.Bosch washing machine design

The main difference between modern Bosch washing machines can be considered the design reasonableness. And it is shown in trifles.

The front panel can be removed very easily and fastened to ordinary screws (5 pieces). No tricky items in the form of plastic clips, sleds and screws with unusual hats. A pair of keys and a Phillips screwdriver are most of the tools that will be needed to disassemble.

An important structural feature is the chrome-plated sunroof, which is additionally protected by double glazing. It is almost impossible to accidentally punch it, unless of course you start waving a sledgehammer next to the Bosch washer.

Another design feature can be considered the location of shock absorbers. And the shock absorbers themselves on Bosch machines are not quite ordinary - frictional. Two shock absorbers are located to the left of the tank, and one is to the right, which provides almost perfect damping of centrifugal force and vibration. Shock absorbers rarely fail, but if this happens, you can change them yourself without any problems.

The manufacturer of washing machines, Bosch, takes care of the safety of his appliances. Almost all modern models have full protection against leaks, foam control and protection from children's intervention.

This is not to say that modern Bosch brand washing machines are not like competitors' cars. The Bosch has much in common with Siemens, AEG brand washing machines, and other German washing machines. However, it should be noted that unlike expensive Siemens and AEG washing machines, Boshes are traditionally much more affordable.

So, having studied the design of several models of Bosch washing machines, you can take a lot of confidence to take them apart and repair. Moreover, the manufacturer made sure that his equipment could be repaired: the screws are unscrewed easier, the pulleys are removed easier, the tank is collapsible, the front panel is removed “one at a time”, and what else does a beginner need! Good luck

    After switching on, after 10-15 minutes the machine is knocked out on the counter panel. I turn it on again. All repeats.

      I am not a repairman for washing machines, but I came across a similar problem. Symptoms are similar: after some washing time, the circuit breaker of the machine turned off. The problem was that in addition to the washing machine in the same electrical circuit (in my apartment there are 2 of them, as well as 2 automatic machines in the dashboard), I have a refrigerator, a computer and much more connected. Therefore, the load is large and at certain times the machine turns off. To avoid this problem, I connect the machine through an extension cord to a socket belonging to another (second) electrical circuit. It has almost no load from other devices. If your apartment also has 2 circuits (2 circuit breakers in the shield), try to find the outlet of the second circuit and connect the equipment to it.

    The Bosch series 6 3D washing machine does not develop revolutions during the spin cycle due to strong vibration, it is set at a level purchased 2 years ago. No problems whatsoever. Started 2 days ago. Tell me, what could be? By the way, I looked at the bearings, everything is fine.

    Bosch maxx 5, when wringing out, there is a terrible hum, as if the turbine was on an airplane! What could it be?
