The tacho generator is on the engine, transmitting information about the intensity of rotation of its moving parts to the control module, without it, the washing machine cannot squeeze out the laundry. We disconnect the tachogenerator wires and remove the sensor from the engine. We check the resistance with a multimeter, determining whether the sensor is working or not.

Now disconnect the wires from the engine. This must be done carefully so that you do not inadvertently tear anything. Remove the drive belt from the pulley.

We recommend photographing the location of the wires on the phone so that later, when you put the motor in place, nothing will be confused.

We unscrew the fixing bolts that hold the engine in place. Carefully remove the engine. To begin with, we will pull out and check the brushes, for collector engines this is a fairly common problem. Next, we will check the resistance of the winding with a multimeter, and if it turns out that it is broken, it makes no sense to restore the motor. No, well, of course, you can try to give the engine to rewind to some master, but this idea will cost you about the cost of a new motor, plus the wait. The next stage of work to test the hypothesis of why the Samsung washing machine does not wring it, pushes us to get to the pressostat. Because of this sensor, the washer cannot squeeze out the laundry, since the control module, having not received data on the water level in the tank, beeps the alarm and freezes even before the spin begins. Next, we have the control module in line, but we would not advise you to contact this part. Qualified specialists can quickly and "painlessly" remove and check this element, but this operation will seem too complicated to you. Moreover, during a makeshift inspection and repair of the control module, you run the risk of harming it even more, so it is better to leave this venture and consult a specialist - it will be cheaper.

How to troubleshoot

Checking the above details, we will certainly stumble upon the element that caused troubles with the spinning of clothes by the Samsung washing machine. The elimination of these malfunctions is mainly associated with the replacement of damaged parts, but there are exceptions to the rules. In particular, if the impeller of the drain pump is damaged, it is quite possible to change it without changing the entire pump.
