Replacing the washing machine drive belt

To replace the drive belt, we need to remove part of the washing machine housing. There are two options for how to do this. And if he just slipped, then return it to its place.

This option has one minus. It’s very inconvenient to put the belt on top of the front-loading machine. In addition, for this it is desirable to have fairly thin hands. Another option is simpler. And it doesn’t matter how thin your hands are. The whole process is more convenient, since all those rotating parts, on which the belt is put on (pulley and engine), are clearly visible and accessible. Here we turn the machine back to us and remove the back wall of the washing machine. To do this, we need to unscrew a few screws. As mentioned above, removing the back wall, we will see everything you need. Therefore, replacement will be simpler.

If the belt is in place, but just rubbed and weakened, then remove it. To do this, pull it on yourself and scroll the pulley. Then we put on a belt. First of all, we put on the motor, and only then on the pulley. After that, align if he was not dressed evenly. And check. To do this, simply scroll the pulley.
