Flaws: high price. A comment: A good high-class machine, in which the manufacturers have embodied strict German quality and modern design requirements. The menu is clear and easy to understand, even despite the fact that the buttons are not labeled in Russian. We have been using Kaiser for a month and are very pleased with the purchase.

Advantages: you can set the washing time; no buzz; Drying makes the laundry seem softer.

Flaws:

• 1- It breaks quickly, personally mine broke about two weeks after purchase. The warranty providers are in no hurry to fix the problem - they waited a week for the repairman!!! (((
• 2- If you can’t wash at night, the water fills and drains quite loudly. This is, of course, not the sound of a hammer drill, but it is still TOUCHLY loud.
• 3- The appearance of the buttons and the program knobs do not promise durability. Some of them feel weak to the touch.
• 4- The machine door remains securely closed during drying and does not make it possible to remove the laundry. This model does not have a residual moisture sensor for laundry, so it happens that the machine under-dries or over-dries things.
• 5- It washes so-so, it doesn’t wash the feet of socks after one day of wear. Although my previous car coped with this without difficulty.

Thirty days have passed since the repair, and it seems to be working. If you don't pay attention to the price, a machine is like a machine, any machine can break down.

Flaws: It is noisy when draining water, it hums like a transformer.The concept of 'residual moisture' is not familiar to this dryer - alas!

I'm happy with the purchase - it washes high quality (Premium quality) and can dry!

For a couple of years of wear and tear, no disasters or major troubles happened. The program froze three times, but this was easily fixed by unplugging the plug from the socket.

The price is adequate to the capabilities and justified.

The device worked without any problems or my complaints for a year and a half, after which it categorically refused to function normally and produced a whole bunch of surprises: it turned out that it was a completely normal state for the machine - to pour and drain water according to only one command of the program. Pour and drain, pour and drain. But that's only half the problem. The trouble began when yours truly flooded his kitchen and the kitchen of his downstairs neighbors a couple of times due to a drain failure at the whim of “high-quality” German electronics. It’s a pity for the money spent, but the prospect of making repairs to my flooded neighbors is not yet in my immediate plans. If the specialists do not help solve this problem, the “German” will have to be scrapped.

I am very upset by the purchase, on which my husband and I spent almost all our family savings... In a family with two small children, a washing machine is simply the first necessity, which should be a help in the mess of household chores.I need to cook a meal, clean up, and take the baby out for a walk, but my Cossack robbers will definitely get dirty even under supervision. I thought, I’ll choose an expensive car, I’ll just put my dirty pants in the tank and go for a walk, and when I return, I’ll get everything clean and dried... I couldn’t get enough of it for about a year, and my little one wasn’t that active yet, she was just studying walk…

A year later, something happened, instead of the selected washing mode, the machine itself began to switch to another, and since then the screen sometimes either blinks heavily, or goes out, or all of the above. But now, three years after purchase, the machine leaked and flooded the entire floor with water. I used to think that this was all fiction and that it was only real on TV in advertising, and I didn’t really believe it.

I don’t even know how to walk the kids and do laundry at the same time now? After all, you need to look after the car, which right now has been pouring water into the tank for about thirty minutes, but for some reason it flows out through the drain. I'm afraid to call my husband at work, I don't want to upset him. I do the laundry during the day while he’s at work, and I don’t tell him about the car’s breakdown, because he was also so happy about the purchase with me.

1. – The washing machine is definitely not ready for force majeure and other unpleasant accidents, such as a water outage or a filter that is not closed tightly enough. For some reason, Europeans do not provide for stopping the operation of the unit in such cases. The machine just hums non-stop, trying to get water. The second unpleasant moment: the power button does not cure this glitch, so you have to turn it off using radical methods - from the outlet. How this will subsequently affect the operation of the system in the future is unknown.
2. – The program regulator is not very convenient and does not indicate with a click when switching modes.
3. – To remove laundry from the drum even with the water drained, you need to wait either for the complete end of the program, or cancel the entire program using the program selector.
4. – The screen shows the total time of the set program, but there is no information about the washing stages. Personally, I don't feel comfortable calculating the time for each function empirically.
5. – Sometimes the laundry gets too dry.

Verdict: I regret that I chose at random and did not read the reviews before purchasing. As they say, I fell for the brand and German quality. I don’t want to blame the manufacturer for everything, because my eyes saw what they took. But such a misunderstanding could not be bought for the price of a spaceship.
