Hansa dishwasher fault repair

First, we inspect the part visually; if dirt and physical damage cannot be detected, we check the pump with a multimeter. We replace the broken pump with a similar one.

Loading system

Checking the filling system can be done without disassembling the Hans dishwasher, which makes some people especially happy. The fact is that the filling valve of the machine is located on the edge, at the base of the filling hose, so you can get to it without penetrating into the body.

So, if water does not flow into the machine or it constantly drains itself, the problem is in the filling valve. 3. Carefully remove the part and test its contacts with a multimeter.

A heating element

Hansa brand dishwashers have flow-through heating elements. They often break down, and it is not possible to repair such a very expensive part, you can only replace it. This is done quite simply. We must first remove the right side wall of the dishwasher, after which we will immediately have a view of the circulation block and two large pipes, between which this heating element is fixed.

It is necessary to remove these clamps, pull out the heating element, test it with a multimeter, and then act on the test results.If a part is faulty, we buy exactly the same one and replace it with the old one. If the heating element is working properly, it is possible that the water is not heating due to improper operation of the control module. Don’t forget to buy clamps along with the new heating element, since “original” clamps are disposable.
