A foreign object has got into the washing machine - how to get it?

Very often, due to the user's negligence, foreign objects get into the washing machine. It is one thing if this object gets into the drum and spins with the laundry, and it is completely different when a foreign thing gets stuck in the tank. And in that, and in another case, you need to act immediately and get what the car should not be. How to do this, we will now describe in detail.

How did an item get into the car

First of all, it must be said why foreign objects appear in the washing machine. They get into the car along with clothes, the pockets of which you were too lazy to check. The most common item is money, or rather coins, although paper ones sometimes also get into the drum. In addition, some managed wash credit card, passport, phone, gold chain and rings. Often, service center masters pull seeds, pins, bolts, nuts, and hairpins from the machine.

In addition to items that fall out of the pockets of clothes, parts of the clothes themselves may get stuck in the washing machine. The most common are buttons, beads and rhinestones, as well as bones from a bra.

A foreign object can get into the machine and not only with clothes. It can be put in the drum by small children or pets. The item can get into the washer not only through the drum, but also through the powder cuvette.

Note! On some models of automatic washing machines, small things can get stuck in the tank, because there is too big a hole between the tank and the drum.

Any foreign object that gets into the washing machine either remains in the drum until the wash is completed, or:

• falls to the bottom of the tank;
• stuck in the tank;
• wound on a shaft.

• press the program start (pause) button, as a result of which the machine will stop;

If a foreign object falls into the tank or is stuck between the tank and the drum. Pulling it out will not be so easy. To understand that there is something simple in the tank, you will notice an extraneous sound when the drum rotates by hand, unless, of course, it is a handkerchief or a sock. But even soft objects should not remain inside the washer, they will sooner or later prove themselves by blocking the operation of the drain pump or the rotation of the drum.

You can get an item from the washing machine:

• through the drain filter;
• hole under the heater.

Small objects such as pins, nuts, coins, and others can pass through the drain pipe and enter the filter. Removing them from the filter is quite simple. Unscrew it and pull it out, pre-cover the floor with rags.

If the objects are at the bottom of the tank, then in this case they are pulled out through the opening for the heating element.In different brands of washing machines, ten is located either in front or behind the bottom below the tank. If the item gets stuck so that the rotation of the drum is jammed, then you can’t do without a tank indiscriminately.
