Taking them home and washing them in a machine is not very convenient; there is no time to do hand washing either. A semi-automatic washing machine can be quite large. But if you do not plan to take it out from the dacha in the fall and bring it back in the spring, then the size will not matter.And if the car is taken out at the end of the season, you will have to take a compact model, since the market offers a sufficient number of them.

A compact semi-automatic washing machine has many advantages. Firstly, it is easy to move, secondly, such a semi-automatic washing machine consumes much less water, thirdly, it can work in autonomous mode, there are even models with a centrifuge and heating. The list could go on for a long time, but that’s not what we’re talking about. Let's talk about connecting a semi-automatic machine.

The beauty is that many (especially compact) washing machines are capable of working not only in the country, but practically in field conditions. There are even models specially designed for tourists that can be powered by rechargeable batteries. Almost all semi-automatic washing machines are capable of operating in the absence of water supply and sewerage; you only need a household electrical network. In general, in some cases it’s not even bad: I heated up the water, poured it into the tank with a bucket, washed it, and then poured the waste water into a trough or directly onto the ground.

Connecting such a machine takes a couple of minutes. In principle, no connection is needed here, attach the hose, plug it into the socket, load the laundry, pour water, pour in the powder and wash as much as you like. You can use any powder, even the cheapest one, it won’t cause any problems. In any case, operating a semi-automatic washing machine for a dacha will be cheaper than using automatic washing machines, plus they cost less. However, people have become accustomed to automatic machines because doing laundry in them is easier and easier.

Some semi-automatic washing machines have the ability to connect to water supply and sewerage, but at the same time they are still able to work autonomously, this is their big advantage over automatic washing machines.

Review of manufacturers  

Semi-automatic washing machines have been known since Soviet times. Some of the models can no longer be found on the market, but despite this the range is quite wide. Let's give examples of manufacturers, let's see what model range of cars they offer.

Saturn is a world-famous brand of household appliances created in the Czech Republic. Washing machines under this brand are assembled in China and Taiwan. There are both machines with small sizes and a tank load of 2-2.5 kg, and double-tank washing machines (with a centrifuge) with a capacity of up to 6 kg.

Assol is a Belarusian brand, washing machines under which are also assembled in China. There are both mini machines and machines with spin capabilities. Some models have a delicate wash mode. Among small washing machines, the Assol XPB 30-148 S and Assol XPB 45-168 S models are popular. The first of them has a load of 3 kg, and the second 4.5 kg of laundry. The machine consumes very little water and electricity. Of the two-tank models, we note the Assol XPB 58-288 S machine for 5 kg and the Assol XPB 70-688 AS.

SOATE is a manufacturer from the city of Stary Oskol, supplying the market with the well-known Malyutka machines. These miniature washers can hold up to 1 kg of laundry and use minimal water. They are easy to carry and operate, and they are cheap.

Slavda are Russian-made washing machines, available in single-tank and double-tank models. They are distinguished by reduced energy consumption (class A+).But at the same time, the manufacturer claims only E washing class, which may seem unacceptable to a modern user. Depending on the model, the machine can hold from 3 to 6 kg of laundry.

Evgo is a manufacturer of washing machines from Khabarovsk. Semi-automatic washing machines are presented in two series: “Trio” and “Waterfall”. The design of the Trio machines includes three powerful activators that allow you to wash things efficiently. Waterfall machines use special water circulation during washing. Different models hold from 4 to 6 kg of laundry.

Snow White is a well-known semi-automatic machine. Very small models are designed for a 2 kg load; models with a centrifuge can wash up to 7 kg of laundry at a time. At the same time, they are very economical and affordable. The Snow White PB 60-2000S machine weighs only 13 kg and is small in size, while washing 6 kg of clothes.
