The store where I bought it refused to give me a replacement. They said that a specialist from Samsung would come and fix everything. At that time, I had not even heard of the fact that within two weeks they should exchange or return money for any product without questions. And so I resigned myself.
The specialist came and fixed the car. He said there was a problem with the drive belt. He fixed it. The washing machine worked normally again and I was happy. I decided that now everything would be fine. But my holiday did not last long. After just 10 days, the machine suddenly stopped spinning! I called the store and Samsung service again. Their specialist came again and changed something in the electronics. And the machine started working again. And as it turned out, again not for long!
The car broke down for the third time! This is actually some kind of madness!!! For a new washing machine to break down three times in a month!!!! Neither the store nor the service center agreed to replace the washing machine with a new one! They told me that they would repair it until the warranty period expired. And it is given for 3 years! I don’t understand this attitude towards clients and their equipment from these organizations. I will never buy anything from this store or Samsung again. Why do they treat customers this way???

I have already forgotten what manual soaking or stain removal is. The machine does it all! She washes all the clothes of both husband and child perfectly! She has a lot of different programs. Although I only use a couple. They wash everything well.
My Samsung makes almost no noise. Doesn't jump, doesn't vibrate much. I also like that you can wash a lot of clothes at once. We washed sneakers, down jackets and blankets. No problem! It has a child protection system. Which is very important for us. After all, our Andreika is very curious. He climbs everywhere and wants to touch everything, and also puts a lot of things in his mouth))) I also like push-ups; if you install an additional one, then things are almost completely dry.
But the years of washing did not pass without a trace. Small glitches began to appear. It happens that the timer is buggy and shows the wrong time. Or it lingers too long on some particular part of the wash.
Pros: There is a child protection system. It washes very well, the spin works well. Doesn't stagger, doesn't jump. Almost no noise. You can wash up to 6 kg of laundry.

I liked several models of washing machines, mostly German ones. Previously there was a five-kilogram Samsung. I decided to read some more reviews. This time I started reading thematic forums about repairs. I learned that if a machine is assembled in Europe, repairs are usually very expensive.The Germans' spare parts are far from cheap. And it’s a long wait for them to arrive. I once sold equipment myself. And from that time on I began to dislike some companies.
As a result, I decided to take over the same company again. Samsung Tobish. I decided on a specific machine. I bought a Samsung WF602U2BKWQ. When I put it on site, the machine smelled strongly of rubber. If your machine smells that strong, then it’s better not to place it in the kitchen. Well, at least after a couple of washes that hellish smell went away.
Now let's take a closer look at the machine itself. Quite quiet. Even with a spin speed of more than 1000 rpm. doesn't make much noise. Convenient scoreboard. Simple controls. Lots of additional options. They say our build is worse than any other. But our machine has been working great for a month now. So far, no complaints at all. We wash it every two days. And if it breaks, we don’t worry. There is a guarantee. And repairs of this brand are not expensive. So everything is ok)
Pros: It works quietly, convenient display and clear controls, many different modes and options.
Of the minuses: At the beginning there was a very nasty smell of rubber, a short warranty period.

This machine is certainly not as good compared to my former Samsung. The old Samsung worked for about seven years. And only then did he break down. And it had a great feature that made ironing easy. The new door doesn't open all the way. This sometimes gets in the way. Again, the new one is louder. And there are not many programs. Samsung WF-E592NMW did not impress me. The fastest wash should take about 30 minutes. But if you add another rinse to it, then for some reason 30 minutes turns into 50-60 minutes!!! It is very strange. All other modes generally last at least an hour and a half. Which seems very long drawn out to me.
If you don't do an extra rinse, your laundry will smell too much like detergent. The manufacturer also stated that there is a function of 5 rinses. But in reality they simply don’t exist!!! The display is too small and the hoses are short. The hatch and dispenser open only with great force. Samsung has gone bad these days. It was better before!
Pros: Compared to the old Samsung there are none!!!
Of the minuses: The hatch and tray are difficult to open, there are no stated five rinses, the door does not open all the way, it makes noise during the spin cycle, it takes a very long time to wash!!!

I'm happy with Samsung. I was looking for something made in China, I don’t trust Russia. ww80k6210. I wanted it with a dryer, but they explained to me that the dryer should be separate from the washing machine. And they are right. I didn’t set the spin cycle to more than 800, it’s unnecessary. Works for 7 months. So far everything is fine. Doesn't jump, doesn't make noise. Only I paid almost 700 bucks for it. It's probably worth it, but maybe it's overpriced?
