A wonderful machine, we immediately fell in love with it and treat it like a member of our family)) It washes everything, perfect cleanliness! No soaking or boiling! It even seems to iron the linen, although it doesn’t have such a function))) There are no words to describe how pleased we are! I recommend!!!

Great wash! It works quietly, at the end it gives a signal that everything has been washed, you no longer have to keep watch waiting for it to finish washing! And there’s also a great function to protect things from creasing, so that things don’t get wrinkled when you don’t have time to take out the laundry!

Think carefully before you buy! We purchased W 3575 before the birth of the child, so that there would be no worries with washing baby clothes. We thought that the machine would live up to its reputation, but that was not the case! Yes, it worked flawlessly for two years, but suddenly something happened and all the lights on the panel started blinking. This was the beginning of a very fascinating story that continues to this day. One visit by a specialist costs 2.5 thousand, of course, the equipment is premium class! During one visit, the technician was unable to determine the cause of the breakdown; you see, he did not have a test board for my model, although I named it when I called. Well, okay, on the second visit the technician arrived with the necessary equipment and found the problem - the board had failed. I'm down to $250 again!
It's even more fun. After a request to the warehouse, it turns out that the necessary spare part is available only in Germany, and it will cost me 15 thousand + delivery 4 thousand.I also have to pay, because the warranty on the main components from Miele does not cover this ill-fated part! This guarantee generally only applies to a stainless steel tank and bearing, so draw your own conclusions. But when purchasing, such a guarantee sounds promising! Total: 62 thousand washing machine + 19 thousand spare parts + 5 thousand service calls + another 5 thousand call and installation of the part = $910 for 2 years of work!
It's hard to describe in words how upset and disappointed we are! The basic warranty is only 1 year, after which no one will need you and your non-working equipment! Now we are thinking whether to buy this board or sell our wonderful device and get something else. Learn from other people's mistakes!!!

First, I’ll tell you what I’ll compare my Mile W 1614 with. Previously, we had an Ariston Margarita 2000, and in principle it suited us. Served for 8 years. As a result of one unsuccessful repair, the motor of the machine burned out, after which it was decided to buy a new washing machine. I consider the most important criterion to be the reliability of household appliances, because after a bad experience with unprofessional craftsmen, there is no longer any desire to spend money and nerves on them.
Having done a lot of work studying various articles and reviews on the Internet, I came to the conclusion that Miele washing machines are the most reliable today.True, the price of cars of this brand is a little beyond our budget, but we decided not to skimp on our own health and purchase the Miele W1614 model, which by the way is the cheapest in the line.
The impression from the first washes is that it’s a gorgeous machine! Silent washing, during washing it will not even move from its place (Ariston suffered from the fact that he liked to jump from his place). A clear interface, very convenient controls, a lot of additional features, such as additional rinsing. In general, the machine exudes German reliability.
But after a while, joy was replaced by disappointment. The first signal was the appearance of the clothes after washing in the “Wool” mode: the number of pills increased, the laundry looked wrinkled, and this was with a spin cycle of only 400 rpm. What upset me even more was the smell of sweat remaining on the woolen items. It may well be that I did not put in enough powder, but this has never happened before. I was wondering how washing works in the “Wool” mode. So: the machine takes in water, makes one revolution, waits, turns one more time and drains the water. Rinsing occurs in the same way. This is not washing, but soaking! No wonder the smell remained.
The bed linen, on the contrary, began to smell of powder stronger than usual. At the same time, I always use the “More water” function, which triggers an additional rinse. I use the same powder as before, so the conclusion arises that the new washing machine rinses worse than the old one. And this despite the fact that the sellers guaranteed excellent rinsing even without using the additional rinse button. Well, you can survive this, you just have to rinse it in an express wash every time.
But then another thing happened.After washing the terry robe and knitted blouse on the delicate cycle, the robe lost all the fuzz, and they moved on to the blouse. I washed with the “More water” function turned on, so I was very surprised. The robe was not new, but during the last wash in the old Ariston everything was fine. The next time I washed new terry towels, and they came in the same condition as the robe. I decided that the problem was in the drum - I touched it from the inside and noticed that it was rougher than that of my previous washer. Is this really the case? Yes, this is not a honeycomb drum, but a regular one, but this still shouldn’t happen to things.
To sum up all of the above, we can draw the following conclusion: yes, maybe the machine is reliable, but the quality of the wash does not suit me. Not only does it wash worse than its predecessor, it also wears out the laundry. I don't recommend buying this model. I can't say anything about the honeycomb drum models, but if they wash woollens the same way, be prepared to hand wash them.

Quiet operation, stability, many functions, reliability, ease of operation. Convenient tray for detergents - easy to remove and wash.
Flaws
Things wear out a lot during washing due to the rough drum. Poor quality of washing and rinsing, especially in the “Wool” mode.

Happy owner of a German-assembled MIELE Novotronic W-155 top-loading washing machine (today this model has already been discontinued). The machine has worked for more than 7 years without any incidents.
Before purchasing, we evaluated possible candidates primarily based on reliability and dimensions.The machine must operate quietly, without vibration and be economical in terms of energy consumption. The selected model has all these qualities; no shortcomings were found in it. At the time of purchase, I was attracted by the function of delaying the start of washing for 24 hours and the presence of a two-tariff electric meter. It works so quietly that you won't even know if it's on or not. This is due to the fact that the base is not marble, but a cast iron slab. The main thing is to follow the simple operating instructions and follow the recommendations regarding water hardness. We add Calgon.
By the way, there are so many functions that even after 7 years not all competitors have them. I'm pleased with the reinforced water supply hose. Everything is made to last, not from rubber or plastic. The machine itself weighs about 100 kg, but the manufacturers have provided a microlift that allows even a girl to move the device, but I still recommend entrusting this task to a man. It is also easy to connect; if you have at least some knowledge or experience, you can do this without problems.

German reliability, efficiency and top-class quality. No noise, convenience, many functions, ease of use.
Flaws
The only drawback is the steep price.

I myself would never have thought about buying a washing machine of this class. I received it as a gift and am still impressed. It works quietly, washes gently, there is even a loading indicator - you no longer have to think about how much you can load. Definitely worth the money. Now I will try to purchase only such high-quality equipment.

The situation with washing machines is bad. Previously, cars served for 15-20 years. It's terrible to buy a car for 5 years for that kind of money. Our Bosch also did not live up to expectations, we bought it for 25 thousand, it served for 6 years.

Miele is an unattainable leader. Guaranteed service life – 10.0 thousand hours. That's 200 years of work. 2nd place AEG – 4.5 thousand. 3rd place Bosch Siemens. The Mieles that the Germans make for themselves are exceptionally reliable, that is, all the inscriptions are in German. I bought a used one with German inscriptions and have not known grief for 12 years. She does the laundry, I rest.
