I was very surprised when I started the first wash on this machine, it was so quiet, it seemed like the machine wasn’t working, but it wasn’t, the manufacturer just tried to make it as noisy as possible. A huge plus is that the machine washes large items really well. In the first week, I washed small rugs, rugs, blankets and large soft toys from my daughter’s room. Excellent result every time.

I quickly realized that there is no need to overload the drum, it is optimal to put 5.5-6 kg of things.

The controls are clear to me without any instructions, since I already had an LG washing machine. All the necessary inscriptions are on the control panel. In general, I am using the machine with pleasure and have no problems so far.

Compared to my old machine, this one is just a spaceship. A well-thought-out set of programs, automatic weighing of laundry, etc., yet progress does not stand still. The machine works well. After 3 months of use a foreign object has entered the washing machine, I had to disassemble the case, pull out the heating element and get this damn sock through the resulting hole, so much fuss over such a small thing.

If engineers could figure out how to remove foreign objects easier, that would be great. There were no more problems, the equipment works “like clockwork” and I am extremely happy about it.

I tried to connect the machine to a smartphone, it was a little complicated, but with the help of a programmer friend I managed. The washing quality is high, it looks beautiful and expensive. It’s convenient to choose programs. The hatch is wide, if you shove large things, then you can just collect everything in a lump, and there it is. The washing programs are mostly long, but this doesn’t bother me at all, let them hang out and it washes better.

Between ourselves, my husband and I nicknamed this machine “stupid.” You have no idea how much this reflects her natural essence. Sometimes, after finishing washing and rinsing, the machine lingers for an entire hour, not daring to start the spin cycle. A couple of times I couldn’t stand it, I turned off the machine, then turned it on again and started the spin cycle separately. In my opinion, it is not normal that the machine spends 4 hours washing, including freezing. I'm tired of putting up with this, I'll call a repairman.

Oh, it was not for nothing that I protested against buying a machine stuffed with electronics. But when my husband heard that the machine could connect to the phone, he fidgeted. The seller scammed him, and now I’m suffering. No, the machine connects to the phone well, there are no problems here, but for some reason it doesn’t want to wash normally. At first there was a problem with water intake, but my husband solved it by cleaning the inlet valve mesh.

Now there are no obstacles to the flow of water, but the machine still stubbornly refuses to wash. It seems that the laundry is hanging around and the powder is dissolving, but the quality of the wash is poor. In addition, there are complaints about the quality of rinsing. Traces of powder are visible on the fabric, and clearly, and this is no good.

After the first three months of operation, the drum began to knock, and we immediately took it to the service center.They fixed it quickly, on the third day the car was already at our house and the knocking stopped. After about six months, the electronics began to malfunction. The specialists said that the firmware needed to be changed, of course they frowned, but they did it.

It’s a pity that the manufacturer only provides a one-year warranty on the machine.

Now the warranty has expired, but our machine has again developed a problem; now it drains water too slowly. I feel like we’ll sell this junk for parts and buy something normal!
