LG serves us well so far, I’m afraid I’ll jinx it, I’m spitting over my left shoulder. It works a little louder than the Bosch, but it’s reliable, there wasn’t even a single malfunction, and it didn’t freeze even once, a great machine!

The main complaint is about the spin cycle. It seems that the drum is spinning quickly, in theory, most of the water should fly out of the laundry, but in the end, even after spinning again, the clothes are wet. I can't understand why this happens. I called the technician and started the spin cycle in front of him, after putting several wet towels into the drum. So what, the “master felt-tip pen” threw up his hands and left, not forgetting to take the money for the challenge. I’m very upset, I’m thinking about buying a new car, but I have to somehow return this one to the store!

When spinning, I set the drum rotation speed to maximum, but the laundry remains wet.

This machine has a problem that is simply impossible to put up with - it drains water poorly. It washes normally, there are no special complaints, but then, you open the door, you take out the laundry and there is dampness everywhere. Some of the water remains on the rubber band around the hatch, you can wipe it off with a cloth, but what do you want to do with the water that is at the bottom of the tank?

I always leave the hatch open so that the water evaporates, but then I went on a business trip for two weeks, my husband did the laundry, and left the hatch closed. The machine stank, the inside of the drum was covered with a layer of mold, now it needs to be cleaned.In this sense, the technique is ill-conceived, I think I should not have given it preference.

The car rumbles and bounces, we don’t know what to do. I don’t turn on the spin cycle more than 800 rpm, because it’s impossible. One time the machine jumped so hard that it tore out the hoses and flooded the entire floor. The husband consulted with specialists, but they did not offer anything normal, they say, set it to the level, put anti-vibration pads and everything will be normal. But we did all this from the beginning, but the machine still “loves to jump.” I do not recommend this model!
