During the spin, the laundry is very wrinkled. So, then it can be difficult to iron out. But there is a strange option "Aqua plus." She adds more water. I did not understand why it is needed. What is with her, what is without her, the washing quality is the same. As a result, the machine was upset. The old one was much better. My mother has such a machine and my friends also have one.I took it with experience, as I tried several cars in everyday life. I did not like the zanussi. Although she does not make noise and does not jump, she could wash a small amount of laundry at a time. And the quality of washing is so-so. The electrolux in a rented apartment also upset. Throw a little more things at him, so he starts to leak! And the laundry didn’t wash at all! We tried to repair it ourselves, but it didn’t help.

Of the cars from Candy, there were not many models in the store. Chatted with the seller and decided to take this particular model. And then we were informed that we need to pay extra for the guarantee !!!! For a year for a thousand!

This machine is assembled in Russia. And we decided to play it safe and took a guarantee for three years at once. She was also recorded on credit to us.

And when we went to get a loan, we were surprised at how big the line is there. In order for us to be given a loan, we also had to get insurance for our health. And it so happened that they wanted to take a car for 13 thousand rubles. Took for 15 thousand rubles. And another 7,000 rubles were paid for the guarantee, insurance and commission. As it turned out, an interest-free loan does not include interest, but includes a commission. That is, overpay for any! But what can one call the overpayment by interest, commission or bobiks, that’s all the same. The main thing is to strip money !!! Total we left there as much as 22,000 rubles !!!!!!

Well, finally, to the Kandy car itself. She quite suits me. There are no difficulties and troubles with the programs in it. Everything is simple and clear. The instruction is also available without any cleverness. It erases a lot of laundry at a time and does it efficiently. They also erased a plaid, a blanket, and rugs, and sneakers, everything washes off normally. It also erases things well and wringes well. When I wash, I don’t even separate the linen according to the colors. When washing less than 40 degrees, it does not fade, which means that things will not stain. And even for her one minus, I fell in love with her. And the minus is that when spinning, she likes to jump and jump. But if you compare it with those cars that I used to use, then it’s better to skip than it is flowing or washing badly!

So far, none of the neighbors have been cursing, which means that everything is ok))) And what I like about her is that we often move. And once she even stayed in the garage for half a year. And then there were frosts and sleet with rain! I thought that she would not work as before. But despite this, and on regular transfers, she continues to wash just as well!

But the most unpleasant thing is that we still pay a loan for it. And my friends have already bought the same machine, but for only 13,000 rubles !!!! And even with a guarantee! True for cash, not credit. And we still give back 22,000 for her !!!!

But the car itself is good. I would rate it on the top five with a slight minus.

From the pros: Feels great after moving, can stand for half a year in the garage, wash it with quality, can wash even large and heavy things: blankets, rugs, etc. So far I have never failed!

It is collected in Spain. She has a vertical load. They say such cars are more reliable. She has many programs, modes and options. Very easy to manage. Often used an extra rinse. If you started washing, but forgot to put something, then you can pause and report the forgotten. It was possible to wash 5 kg of laundry at a time. Volumetric drum. Washes well even in unheated water!

But after 4 years there were problems. That control panel turns off. True, not for long, only during the spin cycle. But the spin did not end, as it started again and again. Tricked, changed the program or launched a separate spin. At first it saved. But then such tricks ceased to solve the problem. She washed normally, but as soon as she reached the rinse, then there were problems.

And a couple of months ago I began to turn off more often. In different modes, such glitches continued at different times. And as it turned out, in our city there is not a single Kandy service at all. There are some masters who are trying to repair, but there are either no spare parts, or all for a very long time. They called them, the masters came, took off some kind of scheme and drove to their place. They said that there were no malfunctions. Something changed. But the problem was not solved. In the end, they said that the motor should be out of order. A new one will cost 9,000 rubles! And you still have to expect it for several months. And then there is no guarantee that this will solve the problem. And if you buy and install a motor, you still have to pay for it, even if the glitches do not stop!

We decided not to repair it. Now we are looking for a new car. Handwashing is very difficult. The family has a small child. Now we are looking for not only a good washing machine, but also one whose manufacturers have services in our city. And such, as it turned out, not many ...

From the pros: good machine, really liked it!

Of the minuses: no one can fix it!
