I recently fell out of love with this manufacturer.I just bought and tried out a machine from Beko and it immediately broke! Less than three months have passed. Of course, it's still under warranty. But for several days now I have been calling the service and Beko himself in the office, but everyone there is making excuses, saying that they are very busy now and cannot help me. The person who has to repair it has been dynamizing me for days now. He says on the phone that he will come and does not come. Besides, he got sick. Or he just says he's sick. And now another repairman should appear. Only he also disappeared somewhere. There is just some kind of trouble with this company!
They also say that they are waiting for the necessary spare parts to arrive. They've been waiting for a month. But we live not far from the capital. Why wait a month??? It feels like I was just bullied!
Don't be fooled by promises and advertising. Don’t buy anything from them, otherwise, just like me, you’ll sit next to a broken machine and hang up the phone number with the service. There is no sense in this!!! Tell everyone not to buy anything from Beko. It's good if your purchase lasts for a long time. But if suddenly it breaks, then they simply won’t want to help you! Neither the service nor the manufacturer fulfills warranty obligations. I wash it by hand even though I paid for a washing machine!!! And from the representatives of this “wonderful” organization there is only empty chatter!
Pros: I don’t even want to talk.
Of the minuses: After such an attitude I see only shortcomings! You should never buy anything from BEKO!!!

I have had a Beko machine for over two years now. And almost everything is fine. There were only a couple of small glitches. The machine turned off by itself. But this may be due to power outages or other electrical problems.And now it doesn’t seem to happen again. This machine is quite enough for three people. We are quite pleased with the quality of her work.
Pros: excellent quality for the money. There are quite enough programs. There are no unnecessary bells and whistles.

But now, in the age of rabid capitalism and globalization, it is not profitable for any manufacturer to produce “long-lasting” equipment! It's a pity! LG's last direct drive washing machine lasted three years and one month under warranty before dying successfully. Now I will buy Beko, rather with hope!
