I am already a fairly experienced owner of automatic washing machines. A dozen washing machines have already passed through my hands. The last one was Indesit IWSB 5085, which only worked for five months. To be honest, during this time I became disillusioned with Indesit, Bosch and Hans, I don’t recommend this equipment to anyone, but my last “home assistant” Zanussi ZWS 7100 VS, it’s really nothing.

1. It works decently, without glitches, ridiculous freezes, and especially breakdowns, which is reflected in the high quality of the build.
2. It is relatively inexpensive, at least cheaper than branded models.
3. It has a narrow body, and in general the machine looks miniature, despite the fact that its size is not much smaller than standard models.
4. It has an informative display and a wide-opening loading hatch. Both seem to be small things, but they create that necessary comfort that you appreciate when using a washing machine.
5. The machine has simple controls and a convenient powder receptacle, with a clear arrangement of ditches.

True, powder, washing gel and conditioner are difficult to wash off from the left side of the compartment.Despite the instructions, I tried to put all of the above there to check. Nothing washes off.

Perhaps now I can say that the machine is good, because it has worked for me for a year and a half and lasted the longest. There are minor flaws in it, but there is no such thing as perfect technology. At first I installed it myself on a wooden floor, it was noisy. Then I had it reinstalled by craftsmen who made a special pedestal and leveled the body. After this, the washing machine was transformed and began to work twice as quiet. I recommend to buy!

First, I’ll say a few flattering words about this washing machine. Firstly, it does its job well, secondly, it has simple and reliable controls, I think the electronics will last a long time, and thirdly, it has a display. From my point of view, this is where the pros end and the cons begin.

1. After a year of operation, the plastic around the powder receptacle darkened. It is not clear why this happened, everywhere on the front panel the plastic remained white, but in one place it turned brownish-yellow.

Imagine the appearance of a car with such a stain. You go into the bath and immediately see an ugly car, your mood immediately spoils.

2. Small things constantly fall into the tank during washing; we have never taken them out because we don’t know how it’s done. Inside there are definitely two or three socks and only thongs.
3. The hatch doesn't close well. To close it and start washing, you have to press down the door with your foot with quite a lot of force.
4. To pull out the tray for washing you have to perform all sorts of tricks. The fact is that the front part of the tray is very fragile and tends to break off. At first I didn’t know this and pulled with all my heart until I broke off one of the four fasteners. Now, when removing the tray, you have to be very, very careful

The conclusion is this: Zanussi is no better than anyone else. She makes the same cars with a fair number of shortcomings, and at the same time she tries to charge exorbitant prices for her equipment, like the brand is well-known, so you pay. I bought the Zanussi ZWS 7100 VS at an inflated price; if I had known about its disadvantages, I would have refused the purchase.

The machine doesn’t even remove basic stains, I can’t figure out why. I tried changing powders, but it didn’t do much good. Quite often problems with imbalance arise. If the laundry in the drum gets very crumpled, the machine just starts spinning it or freezes completely. You have to monitor very closely so that the laundry does not bunch up.
