• minor wear on control panel;
• loose hatch cover (apparently people looked at the car and often opened the hatch).

I'm a nasty buyer, so the seller suffered a lot from me that day. I just snatched a 35% discount from the store, out of principle, because the machine did not have a marketable appearance when it was sold. Now six months have passed, everything is working properly, no problems have arisen with it. I really liked the fact that you can load up to 6.5 kg of laundry at once, which is quite a lot for a top-loading washing machine. I forgot to even think about external defects, all that was left was a feeling of satisfaction from a successful purchase.

I am terribly disappointed in the Whirlpool WTLS 65912 that I purchased a month ago. I'll figure out how to get rid of it better. The thing is that the machine breaks down very often, there have already been two breakdowns.The first time it broke after two weeks of work, the top cover on which the powder receptacle was attached broke off. The specialist from the service center “tricked” it for me, it seemed like he secured the lid, it doesn’t even hang loose now.

The lids of these machines are quite flimsy, this was immediately clear, because there was bare plastic everywhere.

Just the day before yesterday another problem surfaced. The machine began to hum loudly and clang metal on metal. Of course, it wasn’t particularly quiet before, but now the sound has become stronger and different. I will call the service again while the warranty is still there, even if nothing serious happens, I don’t want to be left without a washing machine during the repair.

My wife and I received this unusual Whirlpool WTLS 65912 machine as a housewarming gift from relatives. In addition, the machine has a fairly spacious drum, this is very important for me, since we accumulate dirty laundry, and then wash everything at once in two or three batches. The washing machine has only one drawback - noise during operation. We have a studio apartment without major partitions, there is nowhere to escape the noise and we can’t do anything about it.

   Never take it! I bought this model in 2015, when there was a jump in the dollar and stores bought three refrigerators and two washing machines. It was at this time that my Bosch washing machine crashed. She served me for 12 years. There was no choice, the shops were empty. I bought Whlrlpool wtls 65912 for an expensive price (about 32,000). In three years I changed the pump and now the module has burned out (it costs about 10 thousand), the master advises changing the machine... since there are no guarantees that it won’t burn out again. Total trash! I did laundry once a week. I don't recommend buying it. And I myself don’t know what to take now. The master says there is only shit on the market. Everywhere and in all companies there are a lot of requests for repairs. There is simply no quality, stupid business.
