The washing machine looks very neat and fits well into the kitchen interior. My husband couldn’t fit it under the tabletop because we were a little off on the height. But after looking through the instructions, he realized that the top cover can be removed, which will give a couple more centimeters in height. They did so, and the machine easily “slipped” under the tabletop. The machine is distinguished by:
- good wash;
- average noise during operation;
- a large number of programs of different durations;
- good spin;
- high efficiency.
The machine has a couple of disadvantages, which I learned about after a couple of months. Firstly, it cannot spin too small an amount of laundry and freezes. She needs at least 1 kg for the washing, rinsing and spinning program to run like clockwork. Secondly, with a capacious 6 kg drum, there is no program for washing down jackets and jackets.
You can find substitutes for the outerwear program (you can choose something from 18 modes), so I wasn’t too upset, especially since I dry-clean my outerwear.

The machine is assembled conscientiously and it performs its function in a way that not everyone can. It is easy to operate, it has stable electronics, which is important given our worn-out electrical network. In addition, she does not jump or shake like Indesit, which I once saw with a friend. This one is definitely worse than a jackhammer, and my Whirlpool is almost inaudible. I recommend to all!

Guys, how different the Indesites are from Whirlpool, for the worse. Whirlpool is very quiet, sometimes I can't hear it at all behind the closed bathroom door. I won’t even say anything about washing, since it turned out that Indesit only wet the laundry and did not wash it at all. In short, now I’m “happy as an elephant,” why didn’t I pay attention to Whirlpool before? Apparently he was trying to save money.

I thought that in terms of cost-quality ratio it was better to take the Whirlpool AWS 63013 washing machine. Because it was assembled normally in Slovenia, I carefully checked this by partially disassembling the machine.
It has a collapsible tank, so if the bearings, crosspieces, or other troubles break, relatively inexpensive repairs can be made.
There are also no unnecessary electronics in the machine, which tend to burn. So, after weighing everything, I decided that in this price segment this is an excellent option for me. By the way, she also washes flawlessly.

I’ve been using the Whirlpool AWS 63013 for three years now, so I can say with confidence that this machine is simply wonderful. She doesn't just wash well, she cares for your laundry at the highest technical level. Let me give you an example. If you want your washable items to not become too wrinkled during machine processing, you need to turn on the special “Anti-Wrinkle” program and at the end you will get items that require almost no ironing.

Whirlpool AWS 63013 hasn't even worked for a year. The control module has burned out. As soon as it stopped turning on, I called a repairman. After climbing around it a little, he said that most likely the problem was in the module, you need to open it and look. This epic lasted almost three weeks. This time I was without a machine and, accordingly, without a manicure. They replaced the module for me, costing me almost 75 dollars for a new part. I am very unhappy with the washer!

In my opinion, this machine deserves a low rating, despite some advantages. Why do I think this? Firstly, it looks very cheap, it looks like no one worked on the design at all. Secondly, it does not have a buzzer at the end of the washing program, and it washes frankly badly. Thirdly, you cannot change the washing temperature, which really infuriates me. This is my opinion!

When a machine has such shortcomings, you somehow don’t notice the advantages. It draws water monstrously noisily; during the spin cycle, you get the impression that you are not in the bathroom, but at an airfield. The rinsing and spinning are disgusting, I can’t say anything bad about washing, it seems to wash away stains and take all the powder out of the tray.
To press the “start” button, you need to have the strength of Hercules, the first time I pressed I almost sprained my finger. Developers need to remember more often that it is mostly weak girls who do laundry on machines, not strong men. The mode, called “Wool,” is generally incomprehensible. The whole wash goes like this: the drum rocks and stands, then swings again and stands, and so on all the time, the result is naturally disgusting. Don't buy this washing machine - you will regret it!
It is also surprising that the Whirlpool AWS 63013 does not have such basic features as child protection. Well, the developers could take care of such little things.

A bunch of stupid functions, a crooked display, an ill-conceived display, and the filter that purifies the water is difficult to reach. Very, very noisy, just crap, the clanging of metal is especially annoying. I was very surprised when I found out that this machine was assembled by Europeans. Probably those Europeans who fled from Syria. I will never use Whirlpool again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Some modes of the Whirlpool AWS 63013 are downright "duck". The machine washes terribly on them, it’s unclear why they were invented in the first place. But that wouldn't be so bad. The washing machine is extremely unreliable; it broke down twice in a year and a half. Once we had the pump replaced under warranty, the second time we replaced the hatch lock at our own expense because the warranty had expired. I'll sell it before anything else breaks. I really don’t want to invest in it!

I’ve been using the machine for a little over 2 years, bought it in February 2016. During this time, a year later in February, the water supply pump broke down. This year the engine died.
They promised the highest quality, but in the end it was crap. I do not advise.
I've had the machine for 2 years, it washes well, but there are some drawbacks. For example, the eco-display is completely useless - it does not provide any functionality at all. It would be better if they did the washing stages, as in other Whirlpool models! You cannot change the washing time and temperature - this is a minus, of course. She washes the wool carefully, as it should be, everything is fine with that. And of course the spin – there’s one thing she won’t spin! This weighing is completely unnecessary!
