The automatic narrow washing machine LG F12U1HBS4 has been on the market for more than two years and although this model is not new, in terms of appearance and technical characteristics, it remains relevant to this day. In some ways it can even compete with the ultra-modern models that appeared this year, but we will deliberately not make speeches of praise about this machine. Let the owners of the LG F12U1HBS4 washing machine have their say first, it will be fairer.

A year and a half ago, my wife and I decided to sell our old Bosch washing machine and buy something newer, especially since the old lady was already starting to mope. She worked for us for 12 years and continues to work for the new owners to this day. Have you been thinking for a long time about what to buy? There was an idea to take a modern Bosch car, but after reading reviews on the Internet, I abandoned this idea. In the end, we decided to buy an LG washing machine.

We needed a model within $550 and with a large load.

We came across an LG F12U1HBS4 washing machine. I liked her right away, my wife also supported me, they didn’t even start arguing, which in itself is strange. Over the course of a year and a half of work, my wife and I noticed a number of advantages.

• There is a super fast wash. This is a really cool thing and you can freshen your laundry in just under 20 minutes. You can’t wash off heavy stains during this time, but you can rinse T-shirts and shirts. It is written that the mini program lasts 14 minutes, but this is not true, in reality it is a little longer.
• Steam washing available. It's also a good thing.Before ironing, my wife puts over-dried clothes in the machine, after a while she takes them out and irons them, and it turns out well.
• Direct drive. Makes the machine very reliable, or so they say, and I am inclined to believe.
• Very spacious drum. The old machine had a loading capacity of 4.5 kg, when we bought it, it seemed like a lot. Now for some reason 7 kg is not enough, especially when my wife decides to wash down jackets.
• A wide hatch, which is very convenient when loading laundry into the drum.
• High quality spin. The machine can spin clothes at a speed of 1200 rpm, but even at lower speeds, clothes are spun well.
• There is an additional rinse and a bunch of other functions.
• There is mobile diagnostics, child protection and complete protection against leaks.

My wife asked me to add that with this machine we began to save a little on water and electricity, in addition, it is very beautiful and fits perfectly into our kitchen, which was decorated in high-tech style. The machine, of course, has some minor shortcomings, but we don’t pay attention to them. I'll give you an example since I mentioned it. The machine draws water quite noisily, and in general it is not quiet. However, the noise emitted by the washing machine is within the normal range, so this cannot be considered a minus in the full sense of the word.

LG F12U1HBS4 became my gift in honor of the birth of a baby in our family. The machine is excellent, although at first I was skeptical about all the bells and whistles like the steam function, now I even use it. The extra rinsing function really saves me, because the baby’s things need to be rinsed thoroughly, in case the powder remains, and then allergic reactions are not far away.The drum of the machine is very spacious, if it weren’t for the need to sort laundry by color and type of fabric, I would stuff the entire basket there. I am very pleased with the washing machine, no complaints!

The steam function is a real godsend for me. To be honest, when I bought the LG F12U1HBS4, I didn’t think about this function. The beauty is that if you ever need to freshen up items that can't be washed, you can simply place them in the machine's drum, run a steam wash, and come out with almost clean clothes. The first time the steam function helped me out was when I got my work jacket dirty. What have I done:

• soaped the stain;
• she put the jacket in the machine, having first carefully folded it so that the stain was on the outside;
• started steam treatment;
• When the process was over, I took out my jacket and cleaned off the remaining dirt.

It turned out as if I had taken the jacket to the dry cleaner. It was possible to painlessly remove not only this stain, but also old stains under the arms and on the sleeves. I did the same with coats and even with sheepskin coats - loading the drum allows it. The overall impression of the machine is very positive, I recommend buying it!

LG F12U1HBS4 looks very nice. I won’t say that beauty became the main motive for the choice, but it was definitely one of the main ones, since I didn’t plan to hide the washing machine in the furniture. I liked the steam treatment function, after which the laundry is very soft and pleasant to the touch. I also noted that the rubber of the hatch almost does not need to be wiped after washing, since water does not accumulate there. Almost all “automatic machines” have this “sore”, you can’t wipe it off in time, then the water goes out and starts to stink, or worse, the rubber starts to rot, and then you need to change it. This washing machine will not have such a problem.

Used it before Candy washing machine, so in comparison with it, the new LG F12U1HBS4 is just “the wizard from Oz.” It is incredibly beautiful, the display is informative, and there are also a ton of cool functions. I also like that it makes much less noise than my “old lady”, so we sent the “old lady” to the dacha, let her work on it there, and at home I will now use advanced Korean technologies.

I consider the main advantages of a washing machine: large load, quiet and economical operation, the presence of useful functions, such as steam washing, and very high-quality spinning. On a five-point scale, I rate this machine a five plus!

At first glance, the car seems very good, so I was seduced by the beautiful picture and bought the LG F12U1HBS4. In fact, it turned out that the rather expensive equipment was not worth the money. After a month of work, I began to notice that the car was creaking a lot, something was loose and knocking. The chrome began to peel off, and so did the paint on the hatch cover. I feel that in another year “the beauty will turn into a monster.” Just now I noticed that the pump is growling “in its death throes”, and the replacement is struggling along the way. It turned out to be a terrible machine, I can give it one point out of five, no more.

I can’t understand what’s the point of a child lock if you can’t block the on/off button. Just yesterday my son again got to the machine that was on, but I paid zero attention, I thought I blocked it, he wouldn’t be able to do anything with it. And he poked the panel, nothing happened, then he poked the shutdown button, and the machine turned off. And I’m still waiting for the washing machine to finish working, it’s an idiotic situation.

Steam washing is not a necessary function at all, what's the use of it, you just overpay. And I’m generally silent about diagnostics using a phone; in our wilderness, such technologies are complete nonsense. I'm not happy with the car, a lot of money down the drain!

During three months of operation, the machine broke down 4 times. For me this is too much. It’s clear that it has a lot of programs and functions, the machine is extremely unreliable. I don't recommend buying!
