   When assembling and installing the cuff on the front wall, the clamp was pulled onto the cuff with the spring down. Because of the spring, the cuff did not fit tightly (not airtight) and the wall under the cuff rusted. Only in Russia could they assemble something like this. If the spring were in the upper position, it would be different. The manufacturer's address is required because... I can’t find the front wall for the ARMXXL105 anywhere.
