When I first washed things in this machine, I noticed a drawback - the hatch door cannot be closed. You either leave the hatch wide open and the door gets in the way in a cramped bathroom, or the hatch remains closed and after a while the drum starts to smell unpleasant. What should I do?

Next I would like to mention the huge gap near the hatch cuff. Either this is by design or a defect, but small things regularly fall into this gap and either fall into the tank or simply get stuck and cannot be washed. For Bosch, such “jambs” are unforgivable.
