We purchased the Kuppersberg GSA 489 about two months ago. The function of washing thin glass is amazing. The glasses sparkle with cleanliness, I have never seen them so clean, they are as clear as water in a cold mountain stream, miracles! She washes any other dishes flawlessly, there was not a single misfire. The controls are very well thought out and there is no hint of a “clumsy” assembly anywhere. I thought that if the dishwasher was assembled in Turkey, there would definitely be some kind of defect, but no, I was wrong.

1. The machine is equipped with a leakage protection system. I didn’t have a chance to check how it works, but that’s good.
2. The baskets can move both down and up, this allows you to place large dishes.

Please note that the plate holders fold down for even more extra space.

3. Despite the body width of only 45 cm, this machine can accommodate dishes for 10 people. This is quite a lot, although less than full-size models.
4. The machine is fully built-in, which means that it can be completely hidden behind the furniture facade in a pre-prepared niche.
5. If you really need it, you can enable delayed start, which allows you to delay the start of the program for up to 9 hours.

I like the technology very much in all respects. I think it cannot be otherwise when it comes to Kuppersberg dishwashers.

This machine is head and shoulders above any Bosch dishwasher, that's for sure. I know because I had to trade this technique for about five years. Firstly, there are fewer complaints about Coopersberg built-in dishwashers than Bosch ones, and secondly, they are really better made, perform their function better and last longer. I myself have a Kuppersberg GSA 489. There are two children in the family: a two-year-old son, and a five-year-old daughter. A mountain of dishes accumulates, if it weren’t for the dishwasher it would be much more difficult.

Before buying a dishwasher, I didn’t know that clothes in the washing machine are washed faster than the dishwasher washes dishes. This fact surprised me a little, but now I'm used to it. PMM Kuppersberg GSA 489 was purchased last year at a slight discount. I did the installation myself, and everything went quite smoothly. Works great, the door locks into different positions and the baskets are adjustable. The build is excellent, there are a lot of functions. You can buy with confidence!

After a wash cycle, dishes sometimes leave an unpleasant, slippery white residue on them. I replaced Somat powder with Finish, but plaque continues to appear. Moreover, the smell of this plaque is not chemical, rather it is food residues. So, it turns out that you wait three hours for clean dishes, but in the end you get plates that you have to wash by hand. Terrible model not worthy of attention!

Before I went to the store to buy a dishwasher, I found out the opinion of a specialist after reading it on a forum. He spoke very convincingly about the Kuppersberg GSA 489, citing dozens of arguments. As a result, I took the machine, and a month later its control module burned out. It may, of course, be a coincidence, but I think the Turkish assembly failed.

There was a large power surge before the dishwasher stopped working. All the lights in the house first dimmed, and then lit up much brighter.

The most interesting thing is that they refuse me free warranty repairs, pointing out that the breakdown occurred due to a voltage drop in the electrical network, and this is not a warranty case.The master explained that for such “delicate” equipment as Kuppersberg it is necessary to install Voltage regulator, but did I know about it? Now I sit and get angry at the whole world. I’ve already paid money for the repairs, what to do with it, but the craftsmen are in no hurry to fix it.

I purchased the machine from an online store without checking it. It was delivered to me quickly, I connected it myself. The sprinklers turned out to be defective; every hole had to be punched, since they were either filled with plastic or clogged with fuel oil dirt. After fine-tuning the machine started working, but literally three months later the electronics began to malfunction. I did not expect that such a technique as Kuppersberg would turn out to be such a “G”. I don't recommend it!
