Seven months ago, my wife and I got a Hansa ZIM 628 EH dishwasher. We have three small children, and I disappear all the time at work, I wanted to somehow make my wife’s work easier. Previously, in the evenings the two of us would gather in the kitchen and do the cleaning. I washed the dishes, and my wife dried them and put them in the closet. This took about an hour almost every day. With the advent of a dishwasher, I can now lie down on the sofa normally in the evening. Why did we choose Hansa and not Bosch or Electrolux?

1. The main reason is finances. We have two loans: a mortgage and a car loan. I want expensive equipment, but I have to buy what I have enough money for.
2. Acceptable quality. We have known the Hans brand for about five years now. In the kitchen there is a stove and a Hans hood. Everything works great and without any complaints. The dishwasher is still working well and doesn't break.
3. Cleans well. I rarely use it myself, but my wife is happy and says that the plates and pots are clean.

The beer mugs especially shine. I haven't seen them this clean for a long time.

4. Huge load of 14 place settings. Friends and three children come to visit us once a week, on weekends. Here you have a pile of dirty dishes, which is very difficult to clear without a spacious dishwasher.
5. The machine is built-in.I don’t really like it when equipment is in plain sight, so if I have a choice, I always take something that can be hidden behind a furniture façade.
6. Acceptable consumption of detergents and water. When you have two loans, you need to save on everything. The dishwasher helps with this, and I'm glad.

Recently I have reconsidered my attitude towards famous technology. Now I think that in any case it’s not worth taking it, because you always overpay for the brand. It is better to take equipment from a brand that is not yet so popular. It is often better in quality and cheaper in price. I recommend!

It turned out that at the same time my friend and I purchased two identical Hans dishwashers. It even became interesting to see whose machine would work longer and better. A friend has already had her Hansa ZIM 628 EH repaired twice in a year and a half. My “assistant” works without problems, there have never even been any glitches. I admit that among Hans’s equipment there are defective samples, but they are few. My friend was just unlucky.

Hansa ZIM 628 EH really disappointed me.The dishes don't wash well, even though I rinse them before putting them in baskets. Quite often, various system errors pop up, due to which the washing process stops. You have to restart the machine and install the program again. I should have listened to the seller in vain; I should have thought with my own head and bought normal equipment.

I purchased the machine via the Internet. They delivered it to me with broken sprinklers. Sent it back. After some time, they sent me Hansa with a non-working pump. Terrible instructions and terrible dishwasher. After installation, I noticed that the facade was hung crookedly. She made a complaint to the installers, to which they said that the fastenings on the door of Hans’s machine were crooked.    Stopped heating water after 1.5 years of use. A replacement part costs half the cost of the car. Plus, the lighting lamp has burned out and the water supply valve does not hold - you need to turn off the water every time.
