3. Disconnect chips with wires from engine.
4. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the bolts on which the engine is held.
   
5. Remove the motor from the rails by pulling it towards you and pull it out of the machine.
6. At the base of the engine you will see two brushes in metal cases, they need to be unscrewed.
7. In place of faulty brushes, put new similar ones and assemble the machine.

Important! Take only original spare parts. Similar brushes, bought in a dubious place, can contain not only graphite, but also copper, and this is dangerous by the destruction of the armature, that is, a complete replacement of the engine.

If the F12 error on the washing machine did not appear due to the motor brushes, then it is necessary to check the integrity of the wires coming from the motor and their contacts. The oxidized contacts can be cleaned, and in case of a wire malfunction, replace. You need to call wiring with a multimeter sequentially and preferably several times so as not to miss anything.

It is extremely rare in a washing machine that the winding of an electric motor burns out, but still it is worth checking. The stator winding is connected to pins 2 and 3, the middle of the winding is connected to pin 1. The rotor winding is connected to pins 4 and 5. A powerful BTB16-600 triac (16 A) and a relay are responsible for controlling the drive motor. If an error occurs, these elements are checked first.In the event of a malfunction, they are replaced.
