It can also occur when the engine fails, and less often if the control module breaks. Based on the above information, first of all, it is necessary to check for performance such details as:

  • motor;
  • tachometer;
  • control module.

Verification requires compliance with a certain algorithm. At the first stage, the motor with the tachogenerator is removed, and then the following steps are followed, such as:

  • disconnecting the machine from power;
  • removal of screws from the rear panel;
  • dismantling the panel itself;
  • removal of the drivebelt with simultaneous pulling on itself, and scrolling of a pulley.

Then you should remove the engine. To do this, it is recommended to put labels on the wires extending from the motor in order to prevent difficulties when connecting. After we unscrew the bolts that hold the engine, and remove the last from the housing. In such a situation, you only need to tighten the mounting bolts and reconnect.

If the problem was not this, you will need to check the resistance of the tachometer. There are two methods for this.

  • release plastic latches with a screwdriver and remove the panel from the case;
  • behind the panel is the main unit. Take his photo in order to fix the location of the wiring;
  • sometimes, in order to reach the board, it is necessary to open the latches of the block.

  1. Capacitor. He plays the role of a stabilizer, and to replace it, you only need to solder the purchased part to the plus electrode. In order to understand where it is located, you will need to use a tester.
  2. Resistor. The health check of this part is also used by the tester. For parts of the 1st order, the optimal performance is 8 ohms and an overload of 2 A. But for the second order it is 3-5 A, while the resistance will depend on the frequency of the module. Deviation from the norm is the reason to replace the part with a soldering iron.
  3. Thyristor block. To check it, negative voltage is measured. The indicator cannot exceed 20 V. Sometimes the filter of the unit burns out, the repair of which consists in cleaning the cathode.
  4. Trigger. To check the operability, it will be necessary to measure the input voltage. The optimal indicator is 12 V, and for the trigger resistance - 20 Ohms. To replace, you will need to use the same soldering iron.

If you were able to identify the burnt part, unsolder it and take it to a specialized store. The seller will pick up a similar spare part for you, and you can safely solder it to the place of the old one. Just be careful not to damage the tracks going to the part.
