Remember, the blanket, having absorbed water, will become heavier, so refuse this washing option if the washing machine allows you to load less than 5.5 kg of dry laundry into the drum.

How to wash a camel blanket in the machine? Follow some basic guidelines.

1. It is best to run the program “Wool”, its parameters are selected specifically for the gentle cleaning of things from wool. A delicate “Hand wash” is also suitable, it provides for optimal heating of water to a temperature of 30 ° C, and spinning at low speeds.
2. Particular attention should be paid to the speed of rotation of the drum during the spin cycle. It should not exceed 400 revolutions per minute, but it is better to completely disable this function to avoid deformation of the blanket.

• type in a bath or a basin of water (about a third of the volume), the temperature should not be more than 30 degrees. It is very important to follow the recommendations on the value of the temperature regime, since hot water easily deforms the product;
• add the required amount of detergent powder to water;
• immerse the product in the bath and leave it in water for one hour;
• very carefully wash the dirt on the canvas;
• walk your fists on the blanket, try not to crinkle or twist the wool fibers;

After these manipulations, you can proceed to rinse the camel blanket. Pour dirty water and fill with clean water (not hotter than 30 degrees), fist out the soapy solution from the surface, and drain and add water again. Repeat the rinsing steps 3-4 times. With extreme rinsing, a softening conditioner can be added to the water.
