Icons on the Ardo washing machine

Icons on the Ardo washing machineIn order to make the quality of washing as high as possible and get the most out of your machine, you need to know the designations of the buttons responsible for various washing modes and other functions. If you suddenly lost the instructions, or cannot see the icons for another reason, read the article.

Washing program symbols

In this paragraph we will talk about the icons on the washing machine that relate directly to the washing process. As a rule, no one has any difficulties with them, but it’s better to cover them just in case.

  1. The “Container and item in it with the letter P” icon symbolizes the “Pre-wash” mode. This is a kind of soaking.
  2. The "T-shirt with stains" symbol corresponds to the "Stain Removal" mode. This program is best used for washing only items with difficult stains.
  3. The “T-shirt in a container of bubbling water” icon is a powerful rinse. Used to better rinse laundry detergent.
  4. The image of two T-shirts separated by a wave is an “Intensive wash”. This mode is only suitable for washing bed linen, bath items, etc.
  5. The container with the number 90 means “Wash at 90 degrees.” It is usually used to wash heavy, dense fabrics that cannot be washed at a lower temperature.
  6. The container with the number 60 is the corresponding mode. At 60 degrees, synthetics and medium-weight fabrics are washed well.

Icons with numbers are the easiest to decipher.

  1. The Flower Above the Tank icon is an image of a delicate wash. Delicate fabrics include, for example, silk.
  2. The icon with a T-shirt and a wind current indicates the “Everyday wash” mode.It is designed for washing clothes made from loose fabrics.
  3. A container with a T-shirt and a flower inside is a cold wash. Linen is washed in cold water. Used for fabrics that do not tolerate hot water.
  4. The clock icon is “Accelerated Wash”. It is fast.
  5. The icon with a T-shirt being poured from the shower is the “Hand Wash” mode. This is the most gentle mode for washing fabrics. The intensity is equal to washing by hand.
  6. The symbol with a curtain means the “Silk and Curtains” program, which is intended for washing silk curtains, curtains, tulle and other things.
  7. Flower - rinse with softener.
  8. Droplet – Economical washing mode, consumes very little water and electricity.

Icons that can be on Ardo cars

As you can see, among these Ardo machine programs you can find one suitable for any item and for any type of fabric. However, be careful and carefully study which items are best washed in which mode.

Additional Feature Images

Additional functions involve selecting a mode if necessary. If one of the programs from the previous paragraph must be activated, otherwise the washing will not start, then here - only if necessary.

  1. The thermometer indicates the ability to choose the temperature yourself.
  2. Container with bubbling water - rinse cycle. The dirtier the laundry, the more cycles are needed.
  3. Container with a black square - rinse hold. For washing delicate fabrics.
  4. Spiral – spin cycle. The heavier the fabric, the more cycles you need to use.
  5. A container with flowing water is a drain icon. The mode is used in situations where it is necessary to drain water into the sewer before the end of the washing process.
  6. The bunch of things is “Changing the spin speed,” and the crossed out bunch of things is “Excluding the spin cycle.”The lighter the fabric, the lower the spin speed should be. The second program is used for washing delicate fabrics.
  7. An icon with a half black reel is a half load. Used if the drum is not completely filled.
  8. Crossed out iron – “Easy ironing”. Minimizes creasing of laundry.
  9. A T-shirt with rays emanating from it - “Hygiene Items.” Mode for washing towels, washcloths and other things.

Many users practically do not use additional functions. However, using them can significantly improve the quality of your wash.

Auxiliary symbols

Auxiliary symbols include images that are not directly related to functions and modes. Rather, they are responsible for the operation of the machine itself. For example:

  • the button with a stick and a zero is the ON/OFF button of the washing machine;
  • the black dot is STOP/RESET, pressing the button during washing will stop the process, and while setting modes it will reset the selected parameters;
  • The lock is a “Door Lock” and is used for additional sealing of the hatch door. Good to use if there are small children in the apartment.

Using all the functions, you can achieve excellent results. However, you need to activate them wisely so as not to harm your washing machine.
