Among them there is a malfunction in the drain system, and interruptions in the motor, and a burnt level sensor with a broken control module. What could break?

You can suspect the lack of a full-fledged mode by the obvious signals that the faulty machine gives. The most “talking” will be the water remaining in the drum and the absolutely wet laundry, even after the end of the “Spin” mode. Warning “symptoms” are also considered unusually noisy or too slow draining, interruptions in the transmission of a signal by changing a program, the buzz of the washer in the absence of revolutions and vibration. If there is at least one of the options proposed, we begin to understand the problem.

There are several sources of a spin that is not fully operational, and all of them are of a technical nature. An example is a malfunction in the drain system. When the washing machine stops after washing and rinsing, it is necessary to check the drain. Most likely, the water simply can’t escape due to a blockage in the hose, insufficient pump power or some contacts coming off. This is not the only possible problem.

1. Defective level sensor. He is responsible for submitting information to the control board about the water level in the tank. If the machine does not recognize the signal about the full drum, the system will not merge it.
2. Broken module. It consists of triacs that control the operation of certain parts and processes in the system. As soon as it burns out, the board ceases to control and switch modes.
3. Problems with the electric motor. There is a significant decrease in power and speed. The reason is the difficulty of the engine due to burnt wiring, broken contacts or worn out electric brushes. If you do not fix the situation soon, the machine will stop turning on.
4. Inoperative tachogenerator. A sensor that monitors the engine speed. With violations in his work, a slowdown of the drum during the cycle and insufficient rotation at its end are observed.

Priority actions

Do not immediately disassemble the machine and repair the engine with a pump. At first, it is recommended to conduct some simple tests and confirm that the spinner does not work on the washer. We act in an orderly manner.

1. We look at the control panel and fix the on mode. If the program is selected without spinning, soaking or delicate washing, then the signal was false. We switch to express or spin, adjust the maximum number of revolutions and start the cycle.
2. We look into the drum. Virpul machines with a vertical type of loading automatically slow down the rotation intensity due to overload or imbalance. This is the protection of the washing machine from overheating and excessive unwinding, which is easy to get around. It is enough to take out some of the things or evenly distribute the stray "lump".

Important! Most modern models have the function "Protection from imbalance", so this problem can only appear in machines of the old release.

There may be a problem in the pump.

Most often, an automatic machine from Virpul stops an incomplete cycle and scares a tank full of water due to malfunctions in the drainage system. • we find a drain hatch, which is located in the lower right corner of the case;
• open the locks and open;
• we substitute dishes under the hole;
• we get the filter;
• we check the impeller, for which we start spinning or draining (after watching the part, if it turns, everything is in order, if there is no rotation, we disassemble the pump);
• Next, we inspect the drain pipe: turn the machine on its side, open the clamps through the bottom and check if there is any debris in the hose;
• disconnect the pump from the conductors and fixtures;
• we clear all elements of the accumulated debris and foreign objects.

It is in the blockages that is the main source of the problem with a faulty drain system. Therefore, it is important to regularly clean hoses and pipes and test them for throughput. After completing all the steps and reassembling, we start the spin cycle and observe the drain. When repeating the situation with stagnation, you will have to completely change the pump.

Check the motor and Hall sensor

The next in line for testing are an electric motor and a tachogenerator. If there are malfunctions in their work, the drum stops or rotates slowly, which makes high-quality spinning impossible. So, we inspect the motor according to the following scheme:

• unscrew the back cover of the SM case;
• carefully remove the drive belt by pulling it towards itself with the simultaneous rotation of the pulley;
• we get the engine by unscrewing the retaining screws or bolts;
• we take out the brushes on both sides of the motor and measure the length of the carbon tip (more than 1.5 cm - normal, less - need to be changed).
• we look at the wires, on the insulation of which there should be no fractures, burnt sections, cracks;
• test the winding for a short circuit.

Attention! If the multimeter showed a winding short circuit, do not replace it yourself - you need a complete motor replacement.

The Hall sensor is also connected to the engine, which controls the quality of the motor and makes it streamlined. When it breaks, the drum does not spin to the desired speed and does not squeeze clothes. It is impossible to repair it, only a complete replacement is possible. To do this, we get the electric motor according to the previously mentioned scheme, find the tacho coil on its body, carry out the dismantling and install a new one.

Does the pressure switch work?

When the Virpul washing machine is no longer pressed, and the Hall sensor and pump are normal, it is necessary to pay attention to the pressure switch. Its task is to inform the control board the level of the water in the tank, and on the basis of the received data, the system gives a drain signal. A faulty level gauge is "silent" about stagnation, the machine does not empty and does not open. The problem is solved according to a rather simple scheme.

1. We drain the water through the trash filter.
2. We are waiting for the automatic unlocking of the lock and open the door.
3. We find the pressure switch, which is located under the top cover of the machine.
4. We prepare a tube with a diameter identical to the sensor fitting.
5. Unclench the retaining clamps and remove the hose.
6. We install the tube on the level gauge and blow it (if you hear 1-3 clicks, it means that the contacts have worked, otherwise the sensor is faulty).
7. Inspect the surface of the part for scratches and cracks.
8. We clean blockages under a strong stream of water.
9. We call the element with a multimeter in resistance mode, and when changing the values ​​on the display, we make sure that everything is fine.

If there was no click, there is damage, indelible blockages, or the previous number remains on the multimeter screen - it is necessary to replace the pressure switch. Check the electronic stuffing

When the elements of the device of the washing machine individually function normally, but there is still no spin, it is more likely that the electronics are damaged. In this scenario, “glitches” occur not only with the drying of things, but also with the rest of the washing steps. • the drum does not stop, and the rotation stops only after the forced completion of the cycle;
• the machine does not wash, only rinses and wringes;

4. Wash things with metal decor, solid inserts only in special bags.
5. Do not exceed maximum load weight.
