The machine control system can increase the pause between washing and rinsing if the heating element does not have time to heat the water, which usually happens during intensive operation of the unit.The temperature sensor controls the heating of the supplied water and eliminates the possibility of supplying cold water for rinsing.

Thanks to the factory settings, the rinse water temperature is 85⁰C, but it can be decreased or increased by rotating the potentiometer screw. If you need to reduce the temperature, rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise, if you need to increase it, then rotate it clockwise. It's simple.

If, after adjusting the temperature, the thermal switch begins to operate, which protects the heating element from overheating, it means that the rinsing water is boiling, you need to reduce the heating temperature.

How to install

The installation of MPU 700 must be carried out by accredited specialists who have entered into an agreement with RUE Grodtorgmash. First the car is unpacked. You need to check the availability of all components. We install the loading table, and then pass a flexible line through its bushing, which we connect to the sprinkler. We install the machine itself in a vertical position according to the level. The permissible difference should not be more than 2 degrees.

Next you need to assemble the loading and unloading tables and then attach them to the washing section. Using special supports, the height of the tables can be adjusted. Pay attention to the adjustment of the table tilt where the cassettes are unloaded. The water should flow into the bath. Don't forget to secure the shelves for storing cassettes. The next step is to remove the protective film from all components. Next, you should connect to the water supply, sewerage and electrical networks according to the instructions included in the MPU 700 kit.
