Using a conditioner to rinse the laundry is not a mandatory procedure during washing. Some people react to it negatively, for some, the conditioner causes an allergy, and there are those who do not know where to pour this product.

Detergent tray in the washing machine

In most front-loading washing machines, the detergent tray is at the top of the machine on the left, in rare cases on the right. The powder and air conditioning compartments in the top-loading machines are located directly on the inside of the lid. As a rule, all trays consist of three compartments, differing in size and sometimes color.

• Powder compartment main wash. This compartment is the largest in size. The bulk of the powder or liquid detergent is poured into it. It is usually signed as follows: II or B.
• Pre-soak powder compartment. This compartment is slightly smaller than the previous one. Powder for prewash is laid in it. It is signed by: I or A.
• Compartment for air conditioning. The smallest compartment of the tray, often it is made of blue. In addition, the capacity for the air conditioner is removed from the tray itself. Its design is such that the conditioner is not washed off with water during washing. A flower is used to indicate this tray.

Pour the conditioner into the washing machine at the beginning of the wash. Turn on the machine, load the laundry, put the powder and conditioner in the appropriate compartment of the tray, start the washing mode. If you forgot to pour the conditioner, then it can be poured into the tray immediately before rinsing or after the machine has washed the powder and started washing.

Some may ask, is it possible to pour the fabric softener into the drum of the machine? It is possible, but depending on which case. If you need to perform an additional rinse, after a full wash cycle, when the machine has turned off, you can add air conditioning directly to the drum. At the same time, it does not need to be poured onto things, use a special container for detergents for this. Otherwise, it may rinse poorly and stains will remain on the laundry.

Do not pour the conditioner into the drum before washing. There will be no effect from it, as it will be washed with water.

Looking at all the powder receptacles of washing machines, we can say that in general they are similar. In order not to make a mistake with where to pour the rinse aid, you need to read the instructions for the machine. If this is not, then it is easy to establish it empirically by running a test wash without laundry and pouring rinse aid into one of the compartments. As for the question, which air conditioner is better, then there is no definite answer. In general, most of them are universal and suitable for all types of fabrics. However, there are conditioners designed for products of wool and silk, for products of black color, etc., as well as conditioners for children's underwear. Such rinses should be used as intended so as not to be disappointed in their effectiveness.
