Why do this?

Europeans have been using dishwashers much longer than Russians, so they noticed that the dishes are very hot during washing. If you turn on intensive mode and wash at a temperature of 700C, the dishes are heated so much that sometimes they even burst. That is why the manufacturer does not recommend using intensive modes for washing fragile dishes and dishes made of materials sensitive to high temperatures.

Bright heads guessed that the dishwasher in intensive mode works almost like a steam oven, which means you can try to cook food, while dirty dishes will be washed immediately in baskets. Experiments began, during which the advantages of cooking in a dishwasher were identified.

  1. Cooking while washing dishes in a typewriter is advantageous because it saves energy.
  2. Food that languishes at temperatures below 1000C, preserves maximum vitamins and minerals. Its use is good for health.
  3. Cooking in the dishwasher saves the housewife, as the whole process takes place automatically.

Of course, at a sufficiently low temperature, cooking foods in a row is not recommended. This is especially true for meat. Thus, it will not be possible to cook large pieces, but it is quite possible to finely chopped fillet or minced meat. Chicken is also well prepared in the dishwasher, but still not the whole carcass, but the breast or legs. Fish is well prepared, as well as vegetables sliced ​​in small slices.

Some European housewives even managed to bake apple pies in the dishwasher.

Cooking in a dishwasher should take place subject to basic safety measures. First of all, you need to remember that the dishes are washed using dishwashing detergents and rinses and in no case should water products with chemicals be allowed to enter the food. To do this, the prepared products are placed in special sealed jars made of heat-resistant glass or in special heat-resistant containers. If the water nevertheless fell on the cooked food, you do not need to eat it.

Young potatoes with herbscooking at PMM

We decided to start with a simple summer recipe that everyone knows, but not everyone had to sell it with a dishwasher. So, to prepare young potatoes with greens you need to take: 1 kg of medium-sized young potatoes, a small bunch of dill, parsley, green onions, a small head of onions, salt, pepper, a sprig of thyme. We start cooking, oddly enough, by loading dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We leave a little space in the upper basket for the food container and start cooking.

  1. Young potatoes can be peeled, or not peeled, as you like.
  2. Cut it into slices, put in a bowl and salt.
  3. Finely chop the herbs and onions, and then add it all to the potatoes.
  4. We mix the products, lightly pepper and send it all to an airtight container.
  5. In the final, add a sprig of thyme and close the container as best as possible.

Thyme, like onions, is not necessary to add, it is a matter of taste.

  1. We put the container in the basket, close the dishwasher and set the Intensive Wash program.

When the program ends, you need to carefully remove the jar, open it and arrange the contents on plates.Delicious young potatoes stewed in the dishwasher is ready.

Lazy cabbage rolls

The second recipe is also simple, but it will use minced meat. You can make sure yourself that even a meat can be cooked in a dishwasher. As in the case of cooking young potatoes, load dirty dishes and leave space in the upper tray for the container in which we will cook. We take a pound of minced meat, 300 g of Beijing cabbage and several leaves of white cabbage, 100 g of rice, a small head of onion, a small carrot, 1 egg, salt, pepper.

  1. First, cook the rice on the stove in the ladle. This will take about 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onions, three carrots and combine the vegetables with minced meat.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and chicken egg to the minced meat, mix everything.
  4. Finely chop the Beijing cabbage and add it to the minced meat.
  5. We mix everything very well and roll out from the mixture even balls the size of an average chicken egg.
  6. We put cabbage rolls in layers in a jar, shifting each layer with a cabbage leaf so that cabbage rolls do not stick together during cooking.
  7. Close the jar tightly and put in the dishwasher.
  8. We start the wash at 700C for three hours. For 2.5-3 hours, stuffed cabbage will be perfectly prepared.

Stewed Pollockfish in PMM

The last recipe for today will be associated with the preparation of cheap, but very tasty and healthy fish - pollock. We prepare the dishwasher for work, leaving a place in the upper basket for a jar of food. We spread the following products on the table: pollock sliced ​​in large pieces - 300 g., Olive or sunflower oil (1 tablespoon is needed), half a lemon, salt, pepper, 2 bay leaves.

  1. We rinse and clean the fish.
  2. Salt slices of pollock, pepper them and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. We put the pieces of fish in a jar and pour with vegetable oil.
  4. Let the fish stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Next, put a bay leaf in a jar, carefully seal the container with fish and put it in the dishwasher.
  6. We start an intensive washing and wait for it to finish in order to get freshly prepared fish and serve it to the table.

It turns out that you can cook in a dishwashing technique a wide variety of food. Especially fun cooking fish in the dishwasher. At the same time, it is not just boiled, but leaves in itself all the substances useful to the human body.
