I bought an LG F1480TDS5 washing machine with a steam function 8 months ago and I still don’t understand why I overpaid for this function. Before that, I had an old LG, which worked for 10 years, so it still sits in the country and washes regularly, and washes no worse than a new one. I should have taken my husband’s advice and bought a simple LG, without bells and whistles, to replace the old one, but no, I should have listened to the seller.

Even unwashed clothes can be treated with steam, although personally I don’t really understand why I need this.

Don't think I'm complaining. The LG F1480TDS5 washing machine is very good, stable, washes and spins perfectly. There is a double rinse, my old LG did not have this. Clear and popular washing programs, decent appearance. And in general, I am a fan of LG automatic washing machines. This is not the essence of my complaints. I am unhappy that the manufacturer is deceiving the consumer by stuffing unnecessary functions into their equipment and charging double prices for the product. Eh, if I had known earlier what the essence of this steam function was, I would not have overpaid almost $170 for the machine.

Without exaggeration, I am the happy owner of an LG F1480TDS5 washing machine.For the fifth year now, my “hard worker” has been regularly washing clothes for four family members and not a single failure in all that time, all I know is that sometimes I rinse the powder tray and clean the garbage filter - beauty. I can’t say anything good or bad about the steam function specifically. I know that my wife uses it extremely rarely, to freshen clothes without washing, or to soften clothes that have dried on the line before ironing.

The most pleasing thing is the large drum, in which you can wash all the accumulated colored laundry at one time, and we accumulate a lot of it at the end of the week. Jackets wash very well, as do blankets and rugs. I recently washed my camping tent, everything was fine, it didn’t even fall apart, and most importantly, the machine never cursed. We are very pleased with this machine, especially considering that we bought it in 2012 for only 718 dollars, and the dollar was twice as cheap then.

There are many automatic washing programs for all occasions, plus you can set your own program.
The machine is so spacious that I usually stuff all the laundry that is in the basket into it (except, of course, white and heavily shedding clothes).

It’s good that the load is so large that you don’t have to worry about overloading the drum with laundry. Everything fits.

It works quite quietly, and does not rattle during spin cycles at maximum speed.
The machine can dry things.It also has a very cool function called “drying-ironing”, that is, the machine first dries the clothes and then sprays them with steam to make them iron better. After that, you lightly iron them and you can wear them - no grueling ironing.
Good and convenient protection from children's hands, and in general the controls are convenient and understandable.

The LG F14U2TDH1N is, of course, not ideal. When you set some washing modes, dashes appear on the display instead of the program execution time, it’s not very clear what this is connected with. I also don’t like the tinted glass on the hatch cover, because it makes it impossible for me to monitor the color of the water in case the laundry fades. All these are little things, but I would like the manufacturer to hear me and make the appropriate design improvements. I recommend this model to everyone!

I completely entrusted the choice of washing machine to my wife, and she probably found the best option - LG F14U2TDH1N. The machine does everything with laundry: washes, rinses, spins, dries, steams, making ironing easier. It just doesn’t iron, so from time to time I have to use the iron. We were afraid that the washing machine would be noisy, after all, China, but no, the machine is no noisier than our old Bosch, maybe even a little quieter. This washer gets a solid A from me and my wife.

In general, we managed to choose a good model, even the price can be called acceptable. Judge for yourself, there are quite a few washing programs, a hatch with double glass and a noise-insulating body, which makes the washing machine quieter.There is also a spacious 8 kg drum, drying and spinning at 1600 rpm, again the design is not bad, and the water consumption is small, but some things just knocked me out of whack. My old LG washing machine, bought secondhand for pennies, had a “Pre-wash” mode, but this “miracle of technology” for 1000 dollars does not have such a mode, although I’m so used to it. To be honest, I'm disappointed.

As soon as I saw the Daewoo DWD-LD1432, I immediately fell in love, probably intuitively I realized that this was a truly good washing machine. The quality of washing is simply excellent, I don’t know what technologies are used there, but the result is obvious – washes better than my mother’s Samsung and my sister’s LG. A lot of laundry is included, 10.5 kg, according to the characteristics, but I have never put so much in. I like the steam function. In general, it’s a great washing machine, I recommend it to everyone.

Our family had an extremely negative experience with the Daewoo DWD-LD1432.When we bought it, everything was fine, it worked like a clock, it washed like envy, it’s a pity that it only lasted a week.
