Reviews of children's washing powders

reviews of baby powdersMany names of baby powders and their manufacturers force a young mother to look for the best and safest laundry detergent. Of course, it’s simply unrealistic to try them all, and no mother would want to risk the health of her child. So they ask each other what kind of powder they use and which one they like best. In this article we tried to collect reviews about different children's powders and this is what we came up with.

Domestic powders

olga-len, Krasnodar

To wash children's clothes I use Umka soap powder. I totally love this inexpensive hypoallergenic product. The composition contains no harmful phosphates, no phosphonates, even enzymes, and the surfactant content is minimal. It is based on baking soda and soap powder. The good news is that the laundry does not smell, and the powder does not have a strong odor.

As for the washing effect, if things are moderately soiled, then everything is washed with a bang. Difficult stains should be rubbed separately with soap. So, for example, I wash white socks with Aistenok soap, but if they are not very dirty, then I immediately throw them in the washing machine. Overall, a good powder that is also suitable for newborns.

Even before the baby was born, I needed baby laundry detergent to wash diapers. Without hesitation, I bought it Eared nanny, because it is one of the most popular. However, after a month of using this powder after the baby was born, I realized that the powder was “not ice.” New things have become all washed out, there are stains that have not been washed out, and the white has turned gray. In general, I said goodbye to this powder forever, especially since its composition is unsafe.

Novaya, Sukhoi Log

A work colleague gave me powder for washing children's clothes. Our mother. Most likely, because it is not very suitable for an automatic washing machine, although the manufacturer says that it can be used for both hand and machine washing. The problem is that it produces too much foam because it doesn't contain any defoamer.

This soap powder did not cause any allergies in my child. The granules dissolve well in water and also cope well with dirt. I recommend it to everyone, but only for hand washing.

In preparation for the birth of my baby, I read a bunch of information about which powder is best for washing baby diapers and baby undershirts. I concluded that I should use soap-based powder. So I bought Our Mom. This product can be used at any temperature.

Mako CleanPlus the composition on the face, harmless soap shavings, although the smell is not very pleasant. But this is where the advantage ends, since it is impossible to wash with such shavings; they do not dissolve even in hot water. It’s good that I immediately poured it into the drum, and then took out the stuck together pieces along with the laundry. Otherwise, all the pipes in the car would become clogged and would have to be cleaned. In general, I don’t know what to do with this product, but I definitely won’t wash it with it.

Everyone in our family likes the Russian-made powder “Mako Clean”. This is an environmentally friendly powder. It is gentle not only on clothes, but also on your skin if you wash by hand. For allergy sufferers this is the best remedy.

The powder dissolves well in water and is used sparingly because it is concentrated. It is better to pre-soak heavily soiled and dried items and then wash them in any way. This product removed all my stains, which I was very surprised by.

For your information! The packaging of the powder is biodegradable, which once again confirms its environmental composition.

I wash not only my children’s clothes with this powder, but also my own, both colored and white. I recommend it for use, I did not find any shortcomings.

Having heard opinions from many mothers about baby line baby powder, what a wonderful powder it is, I decided to try it myself. The powder is from Germany, and therefore is not cheap, I bought a small pack.

The bright packaging sets it apart from many other powders. The composition of the powder is harmless and contains soap. At the same time, the manufacturer says that the product can be used for washing clothes for newborns. Since the powder is concentrated, it needs to be poured less. It would seem that there are advantages, but there are also significant disadvantages. At low temperatures, it does not cope well with baby poop stains. The second disadvantage is the high price.

In general, you can wash slightly dirty items, but there is no point. I will continue to use domestically produced powder. And finally, the manufacturer himself is confused about how many washes the package will last, there is an obvious typo in the photo below.

baby line

Musyaka, Stavropol

My son is two years old, I still wash his clothes separately from adults’ clothes. Many mothers laugh at me, saying that they can wash everything together with regular powder. But I will still stick to my opinion. Not long ago I bought a new Babyline laundry detergent.

It contains natural soap and no harmful substances, this made me very happy, because this means only one thing - hypoallergenic. I’ve been doing laundry with it for two months now, and the pack contains powder for another 2-3 washes. In general, an economical product that copes well with dirt.

I wash my child’s clothes only with German Burti powder, although for comparison I used other products a couple of times and concluded that German powder is best, and here’s why:

  • it contains no phosphates and its odor is not irritating;
  • does not cause allergies. One day, the baby had an allergy rash on his legs, which I thought was a powder. As it turned out, the powder had nothing to do with it, it was all about the synthetic tights. Therefore, I trust Burti in this regard, unlike the Eared Nanny, who turned out to be allergic to her husband, what can we say about the children;
  • does not spoil things, maintaining their bright color;
  • removes stains well;
  • It lasts for a long time, since I pour even less than necessary.

Conclusion: I found my powder, I recommend it to you.

Good day! I can’t ignore the topic of baby powders, because after the birth of my daughter I simply went crazy on the topic of cleanliness and sterility. I spent a long time choosing washing powder, tried both cheap and expensive ones. And I settled on Sodasan, which impressed me. All items are washed without pre-soaking or washing, and after washing they become soft. I never thought that German powder would be the best.

Before the baby was born, she decided to buy household chemicals for washing baby clothes and went to Finland. In the store I saw a mother and her children picking up LV products. There was no baby powder, so I took it for the colored one. The seller said that the products of this entire line are hypoallergenic and are suitable even for children's clothes.

The price of the products is lower than ours, so I decided to take several packages at once. I'm happy with the powder, it doesn't leave any smell, it washes beautifully. The composition is really safe, there are no phosphates, it has been tested by the Society of Children's Allergies in St. Petersburg.

There is a small drawback, the powder cakes over time. Therefore, you have to shake it periodically. And I like it this way, it’s economical and effective.

Kika, AstrakhanOMO

Three years have passed since the birth of my child, during which I have been looking for a good baby powder. I bought products from different manufacturers and at different prices. But happiness came when I bought Finnish-made OMO powder. After washing with this product, not a single stain remained on the clothes.

After such a surprise, I began to test it on old stains from purees and fruits. To do this, I made a paste of powder and rubbed it into the stains, then washed the clothes after two hours. Everything was washed off with a bang. Unfortunately, such powder is not always available in stores, so as soon as it catches my eye, I immediately buy it and recommend it to you.

For the birth of my second child, I bought German-made powder Meine Liebe. All because my first child had allergies at one time, I decided this time to take a soap-based powder that was safe in composition. So, the powder is gorgeous, without a pungent odor. It washes perfectly, does not cause allergies, but the price is steep. Due to the price, I had to switch to a cheaper powder.

Chemistry from Japan

I spent two years surfing the forums and there they advised me to use Rocet Soap washing powder for children, made in Japan. Supposedly it is completely hypoallergenic and well suited for infants. Alinka had just been born to us, and my wife didn’t even return from the maternity hospital. I thought that since we were buying everything for the baby, we should also take care of the powder, especially since the lady on the forum was very convincing. In general, I ordered a pack of this powder and subsequently pleased my wife. It turned out to be:

  • hypoallergenic;
  • completely odorless;
  • perfectly rinsable;
  • not dusty;
  • economical;
  • safe, even for newborns.

When I was preparing to write this review, I decided to look for flaws in my favorite powder. Well, just to be objective. There were three shortcomings that didn’t irritate me much, but still. Firstly, the price, the powder costs about $12, which is a bit expensive, especially considering that the box is 1 kg. Secondly, primitive blotting cardboard packaging. If you spill water on it, the powder may deteriorate. Thirdly, there is neither a spoon nor a measuring cup inside the box, so pouring the product into the tray is inconvenient.

If you are looking for high-quality and safe children's washing powders, then you need to pay attention to Japanese products. I myself have three children, the oldest is 8 years old, so for us the issue of choosing such a powder is more than relevant. After trying a lot of products, I settled on Rocet Soap powder. The powder is absolutely safe for children's skin, and it washes things better than many products. I recommend to all!

Kutyanissan powder

I use excellent Japanese powder Nissan FA-FA. I was looking for this product for a long time and finally I managed to find it. Nissan powder washes very well, only some difficult stains are too tough for it. But on the other hand, try to find a powder that would wash everything, while being safe and not spoiling things. Nissan FA-FA is truly safe and does not cause allergies.

Very convenient cardboard packaging with a measuring spoon inside. The powder is very economically consumed. A 1 kg box lasts a long time. There is one strange thing. This product washes better in cold water than in hot water, but, in my opinion, this is only a plus.Something still overshadows the positive impression of the powder - the price. Every year it becomes more expensive, and soon it will be completely unprofitable to buy it, so I will seize the moment while the price is reasonable, which I advise you to do.
