What you need to create one set of gaming sticks:
- 41 culinary skewers. They are sold in any culinary store in a bag, where there are many more of them;
- a ruler so that all the sticks are the same length;
- for tools we need scissors and wire cutters;
- acrylic paints in blue, yellow, red and green;
- silicone brush. It is more rigid and easier to make the even stripes that we need.
First you need to prepare all forty and one sticks and make them the same length. Choose smoother sticks. Skewers are not always the same size and width, so be careful!
Before you start cutting the sticks, you need to make notches with a pencil. To do this, use a ruler to measure 25 cm from the flat side and mark this place with a pencil.
After this, using pliers, you need to make several “bites” in a circle and only after that, pressing firmly on the handles of the pliers, cut off the excess piece. You need to do it exactly so that the cut end of the skewer is as even as possible.
To play we need:
- 15 sticks with a blue ring on one side and a red ring on the other side. One such stick is worth 2 points.
- 15 sticks with a red ring on one side, a yellow ring on the other side and a blue ring in the middle. This stick is worth 3 points.
- 5 sticks with blue rings on both ends and a red ring in the middle. These sticks are worth 5 points each.
- 5 sticks with red rings around the edges and in the middle and blue rings between the red ones - a total of 3 red rings and 2 blue ones. These sticks are worth 10 points each.
- and the last stick is the most expensive, worth 20 points, covered with a green spiral over its entire length.

Painting sticks is not difficult, the main thing is that the brush is hard enough and that in the process you do not get confused with their quantity. The end result should be such a cute pile of sticks that will be a lot of fun to play with in the company of friends and family.
