Soap from time immemorial was in demand among people. In our ultra-modern era, this important product for the human body is provided in incredible variety. But the factory soap has a significant minus - it does not bring any benefit to the skin, except for its original purity function. Another thing is handmade soap. It gently cleanses the skin, moisturizes and nourishes it.
Learning how to make soap is very easy. The process does not take much time and allows you to add to the soap those additives that seem most useful to you. In this master class, you will learn how to create a mint soap that has an invigorating and refreshing effect and inspires thoughts of an awakening spring.

You will need

  • - 100 grams of soap base (sold in specialized stores).
  • - a teaspoon of mint leaves, a teaspoon of mint broth.
  • - a teaspoon of sea buckthorn oil (or any base oil).
  • - 8 drops of peppermint essential oil.
  • - 1 teaspoon of shea butter (not necessary, but it has excellent protective and moisturizing properties, which has a beneficial effect on the skin).
  • - a jar for melting the base.
  • - mold for soap (jars of cheese and yogurt, baby molds, silicone molds come off)
  • - a wooden board, a wooden stick for stirring and a knife.

After the container is sent to the microwave, for about 30-40 seconds until the cubes are completely dissolved. Cover the container with cling film. Be sure to ensure that the base does not boil!

Add one teaspoon of sea buckthorn oil and one teaspoon of mint decoction to the melted soap base. Both oil and broth are natural dyes, so our base changes its color to golden.
