I like to cook "not separate" main dishes, that is, those that do not consist separately of the meat or fish component and the side dish. I offer a second course recipe, which includes pasta, vegetables and sausage.
Separately, cook pasta (400 grams of pasta).
We cut one carrot and one onion into small cubes. You can take two things if the size of the vegetables is small.

Sausage is either cooked or smoked (grams 150-200), again cut into small cubes.

In sunflower oil in a pan, first fry the carrots for 5 minutes, then add the onions and sausage. Fry for another 10 minutes, while stirring regularly.

Then add a spoon or two of tomato puree to the vegetables. Stew for 5 minutes under the lid. Then, cooked and washed under cold water pasta we put in a pan to vegetables. Mix everything well, add salt, pepper to taste, cover with a lid and leave over low heat for 5 minutes.

Thus, “red” pasta with a pungent taste of smoked meat was obtained (if smoked sausage was used). Everyday pasta turned into bright and delicious! Bon Appetit!
