The book is the best present! But you must admit that it is much more pleasant, especially for a loved one, to receive a gift made by yourself. You can put your soul and heart into such a gift, and the most important thing is that it will be unique, creative and unique. Be it some kind of jewelry: a handbag or a postcard - it will not look like the others. Fantasy and desire are all that is needed for a successful crafts.

What do you need to make a postcard?

From time immemorial, cards have played an important role in people's lives, because it is also an opportunity to congratulate a person on a holiday, and to thank for the service or just to greet. In the old days, postcards were of incredible beauty, because they were made with all my heart and carried out by hand, i.e. were copyrighted. So why don't we create our own postcard too?
When going to a holiday, along with a gift, a card with wishes and congratulations is always given. And if you do not just buy it, but create it personally, then it will leave an indelible pleasant impression on your friend or your loved one. For the manufacture of postcards, a wide variety of materials are suitable: cardboard, paper, fur, beads, lace, various ribbons and many other improvised materials can be embedded in your craft, and make it just a work of art.
Making a card is very simple - the main thing is to start and turn on your imagination!
Let's try to make a card for dad. And even if he does not wear a tie and rarely wears a shirt, he will no doubt be very pleased to receive such a card from his son or daughter.

To get started, we need.
1. Colored cardboard.
2. Colored paper.
3. Two buttons.
4. Glue.
5. Scissors.
6. Pencil

Getting started creating a postcard

a) Postcard. Cut a sheet of cardboard in half. Fold the resulting half in half again and get a postcard measuring 10.5 cm by 15 cm.

b) Collar. We retreat 2 cm from the top edge of the postcard and make 2.5 cm cuts on both sides of the postcard (we will make a collar of them), and on the second sheet of the postcard we need to cut off a 2 cm strip. The incised strips are bent at an angle, as shown in the photo, to get a collar.

c) Tie. On colored paper we draw a tie 12 cm long. Gently glue it and glue the collar on top. When the glue dries, glue two buttons on the sides of the collar.

d) Design. After all the details are well fixed, you can write wishes and congratulations for dad inside. Use colored pens or felt-tip pens for this. Inside the card, you can also decorate with colored beads, butterflies from colored paper or other decorative elements.

As you can see, to create a postcard you need very little: certain materials, a little time and an endless will of imagination. And the card that we just made will conquer any dad.
Even if dad is not romantic and there is little sentimentality in him, he will never remain indifferent, having received this gift from his baby. This card will be the best gift for dad and will constantly remind you how you love and appreciate him.
