I would like to share with you a recipe for the most delicious pancakes, which are prepared very quickly, and the taste will make you fall in love with them.
To begin, take lemon juice, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Then add the remaining products - kefir, cocoa powder, soda, flour. Mix everything until smooth, the dough should be quite thick. Let's start frying the pancakes. Add oil to the frying pan and fry the pancakes in it on each side until golden brown. They should turn out fluffy even when they cool down. You can serve it with honey, sour cream, condensed milk, as in my case. Enjoy your tea!
