Ribbon Flowers

You probably have seen more than once magnificent jewelry in the form of flowers made of ribbons. Indeed, such an accessory is difficult not to notice, because now it is incredibly relevant! Flowers from ribbons are pinned to clothes, decorated with shoes or bags, and they are also put on the head, attached to an elastic band or rim. And how popular such an accessory is among brides!
In a word, to have at least one such flower in your casket does not hurt every fashionista. Moreover, making flowers yourself from a ribbon is easy! It is also pleasant that the costs for the manufacture of such an accessory will be minimal. And you need nothing at all for free time. But you will have an original, unique designer piece. Among other things, such wonderful flowers will be a great gift for the fair sex (adults and very young) for any reason.



Have you decided to make such a flower yourself? In this case, prepare:
- tapes (they can be both kapron and fabric);
- beads, beads, small diameter buttons (they will be needed later to decorate the core of the flower);
a needle;
-scissors;
- threads to tone ribbons;
- a candle.

If everything is ready, you can begin to make a flower. First you need to make blanks of petals. Here you can unleash your imagination. All of us imagine how flower petals usually look. You can cut them out of irregular shape, or you can just make ovals or circles (as in our case). Note: you need to cut the petals from the ribbons with a small margin, since during the manufacturing process of the accessory they will decrease in size.



Since the flower will be multi-layered, you need to cut the petals of different diameters - the lower layer should consist of the largest petals, and subsequent layers of smaller ones.






When the blanks are ready, you can begin to form the petals. Gently move the edges of the petal to the burning candle. You will notice how the edges of the petal begin to bend inward. Just do not be very zealous - the edges may turn black from melting. You need to form all the petals in this way. When this process is completed, you can proceed directly to the manufacture of the flower.
You just have to put the petals in each other in accordance with their diameter, sew them together, and decorate the core with a bead, bead or button.



The flower is ready! It remains to sew a piece of fabric to its seamy side to hide the stitches. Want to wear a flower as a brooch? Attach a pin to it. Planning to decorate your hair with an accessory? Use an invisibility or a hairpin instead of a pin.
