Unfortunately, not all children love ordinary milk, and despite the fact that it must be in their diet. We draw a lot of useful from dairy products. Regarding my own “spin-nibblers,” I found a good way to add the coveted milk to their menu. I just make milkshakes for them as a complement to breakfast. I also want to share one such recipe under the simple name “Good morning”.
For a milkshake you will need (per one serving):
- a glass of pasteurized milk;
- four tablespoons of sour cream;
- half a banana;
- three teaspoons of sugar;
- a little chocolate bar or chocolate candy.
We chop the banana as we please (you can, for example, cut it into circles).
Three chocolate on a grater.
In milk, add sour cream and banana. Beat with a blender. Pour the resulting cocktail into a suitable dish and sprinkle lightly with grated chocolate.
Kids, as well as adults, will definitely like it!
