A fairly simple recipe for cooking veal will appeal to even the most capricious gourmets.


Foods per serving:
Veal with bone (filet in finger thick); a pair of medium-sized eggs; breadcrumbs; peanut butter; pepper; butter; a pinch of salt.
Rinse the meat. Do not beat. Beat the eggs in a spacious bowl, pour a layer of breadcrumbs into a separate plate or on a small tray. Dip meat on each side in egg mass, in crackers, repeat the procedure (immersing in driven eggs and crackers), pressing firmly, so that a dense crust forms. Pour peanut butter into a frying pan, heat, add butter. Fry the prepared meat until the surface is even golden-beige. Salt, pepper. Serve hot. You can sprinkle with lemon juice slightly. For the convenience of guests, the bone can be wrapped in aluminum foil.
