  • Milk, fat content up to 1.5% - 150 milliliters.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Sugar substitute or honey - to taste.

Preparing casserole in the microwave:


1 - 2. First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Remove them from the refrigerator to a surface and let them sit for 30 minutes. The point is that all ingredients must be at the same temperature. This is necessary to ensure that the casserole turns out tender and airy. We take 2 containers. It is necessary to separate the whites from the yolk. To do this, just break the egg into two parts with a knife and pour out the white, covering the yolk with the second part of the shell.
3. Take a bowl of yolks. It is better to mix them immediately until smooth.Add cottage cheese to the bowl gradually, whisking constantly with a mixer. Now carefully pour in the milk, stirring a little.

4 - 5. Let's move on to proteins. They need to be cooled by placing them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out the whites and beat them with a mixer until fluffy foam. It is better to do this at the highest speed of the mixer in order to enrich the proteins well with oxygen. The fluffier the whites, the more tender and airy the casserole. Mix the whites and yolks, stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Add sugar substitute or honey.

6 - 7. Take the dough and pour it into another microwave-safe bowl. Place the dough in the microwave at 800 watts for 20 minutes. We take out the cottage cheese casserole. You can top it with honey, sugar-free syrup, or simply puree berries or fruits. In the photo, the casserole is topped with sugar-free jam.
