For it you will need:
1. Old printer.
2. 4 cooler from computer .
3. Power supply .
4. Insulation tape .
5. Bottle with ice. (We put a plastic bottle of water in the freezer, and after 5-10 hours we get a bottle of ice.)
6. Soldering iron. In principle, you can do without it.

AND So, the printer already includes what I need:
1. Power supply 220V~24V

2. The printer body itself.

3. Compartment for collecting condensed water

Step 1:

Disassemble the whole printer to hell!

Step 2:

Take wire and fasten coolers 2 each!

Step 3:

Tie and solder wires coolers 2 each
sequentially
!

Step 4:

Attach them to the body like a thread!

Step 5:

Determine with a tester + And - block
power supply and connect pairs
 coolers parallel!

Step 6:

You can add button ON/OFF

Step 7:

This is step 0, put the bottle in the freezer!
Preferably 2 shifts!

Step 8:

Now we put it all together and launch!

Step 9:

Place the frozen bottle in the center of the printer!

Step 10:

We lie down on the sofa, put the air conditioner on top and
Enjoy the effect!

I did something similar in the terrible summer of 2010. No matter, it’ll do.

Not bad... smile There is also a way to stretch the gauze wicks and lower them into water (not cold) and blow them with air in the same way, only the humidity of the air increases. And I also put two bottles of ice under the fan smile

Not. A vacuum cleaner made from a hairdryer works great. iron tiles.
