    The so-called "fit in the best way" is a parallel pairing of work surfaces (cutting planes) ...! Actually the problem is not worth a damn egg ..... there are several ways to return the surface to working condition .... see a simple sandpaper 400-1000 (depending on the degree of extraction), and on the glass there are circular rotations of the mesh on it, and if the hands glued correctly and there is no hangover syndrome ..... then the problem will fall off instantly ........

      Oh well, what paper? A grinder cannot be found at home, but the quality of sharpening on paper is not quality. Diamond paste with machine oil and grind in the form of an eight on a polished cast iron plate (for example from an old iron) and a mesh and a knife.

    Knives and mesh should be made of normal steel, and not blunt on the first piece of meat. That is the whole problem. We have it all, modify the file.

    Most often, it is not a blunt knife, but the degree to which the knife is pressed against the net. I apply rings between a knife and a screw drum of a meat grinder. Mover load may increase, but cutting will be of better quality
