I took large fish, mayonnaise, salt, foil.
First of all, cut off the tail, head, fins, remove the insides. Thoroughly wash my fish under cold water.
I rub with salt, generously lubricate the inside with mayonnaise. I give the fish a little stand and soak.
Spread the fish on the foil. Add dill. At this stage, you can add other spices, for example, pepper. Lemon, potatoes, tomatoes and other vegetables are well suited to fish. But in our family, this cooking option is preferable.
I wrap it, pressing the edges of the foil tightly. I send in the oven preheated to 180-200 C. I cook in a closed foil for about an hour (my oven bakes slightly), in 10 minutes I open the edges of the foil to give a tasty crust.
