The undeniable benefits of shampoo
Buying ready-made shampoo, even with the presence of natural ingredients, is not a problem at all. But it is unlikely that a bottle labeled “Burdock Shampoo” actually contains extracts from this plant, and if they do, it will be in minimal quantities. It’s not at all difficult to make the product yourself, and the main thing is that it will not only give cleanliness to your hair, but also:
- provide the necessary nutrition to the scalp;
- moisturize and strengthen every hair;
- effectively eliminate dandruff;
- relieve irritation;
- impart silkiness and healthy shine;
- restore after cosmetic procedures (perm, coloring, etc.).

Burdock shampoo recipe
Early in the morning (preferably at dawn, when nature is just waking up), collect burdock leaves.
This must be done away from roads and industrial centers.
Rinse under running water.
Cut in small pieces.
Note! This must be done exclusively by hand; modern devices such as a food processor are not suitable for chopping.
To fill with water. It is better to use pure spring water. Enough so that it slightly covers the burdock leaves.
Boil over low heat for 8-10 minutes, cover and leave to cool. Then strain through cheesecloth or a fine strainer and mix in equal proportions with shampoo.
