This simplest audio frequency amplifier is capable of delivering 50 watts of power to each of the four channels. In total, it turns out 200 watts of sound power. Philips TDA7560 is just a godsend, especially for those who have not encountered it before. She was chosen for a long time by both beginner radio enthusiasts and car enthusiasts, for her low voltage. The TDA7560 chip has a complete, but older analogue - TDA7388, a little less powerful.

Output power:
  • At a load of 4 ohms, the maximum is 4 x 50 watts.
  • At a load of 4 ohms, the nominal is 4 x 45 watts.
  • At a load of 2 ohms, the maximum is 4 x 80 watts.
  • At a load of 2 ohms, the nominal is 4 x 75 watts.
  • Supply voltage is from 8 to 18 Volts.

You can always see the circuit for switching on the chip in . Everything is simple and obvious: there are four entrances to the left, four exits to the speakers to the right. Naturally, the input can be shorted, but not the output. Each output of the microcircuit must be loaded on its own speaker system.
With this, I think, questions will not arise. The only thing worth explaining is the output of ST-BY and MUTE. "ST-BY" is the standby mode, the usual one is immediately connected to the power plus and the amplifier is always active. "MUTE." - This is the mute mode, the usual one is also connected to the power plus and the amplifier always becomes active. There are jumpers on the board for that.

The chip was originally developed for use as an amplifier for sound power in car radios. Therefore, using this amplifier in a car is an excellent choice. But note that it is advisable to use thick power wires. It may also be necessary to significantly increase the capacity of the filtering power capacitors.
The amplifier on the chip is great for home use. You can feed it from the old computer power supply, as I did in my time. And use a cooling radiator with a fan - this will significantly reduce its size.

    There will be no 50W there even in peak. This micra is a typical radio tape recorder. That is, to be honest - it will give a maximum of 10-15 watts. But it sounds good, it doesn’t cost much, it’s extremely easy to assemble (you can even assemble it by surface mounting, without a fee). So - I recommend! Just do not hope that it will give a real 50W)

    Well, if anyone was looking at the datasheet for this mikruhu, you can definitely say - gamble! There is no need to make a game, for the exact cost and quality will be appropriate. And about power: the indicated power will be at distortions of 10% !!!!

    we consider. Let the power be 12V, the linearity of the output transistors is up to about 10 V. The amplifier on the bridge circuit, we have 10v at the peak. The effective voltage will be 7.14, which means that at 4 ohms the load will be 13.75 watts. There will be no 50W here. When powered from 18v there will already be 28W

    He assembled on it. Our analogue of UN19 gives about 16W (nominal) when supplying a +/- 15 power supply, TDA2030A gives its declared 18-19W in nominal value. With distortions of about 4-5%, its power is 22W. There are no 40 or even 50W there.
