The composition of the whitening toothpaste
- - Toothpaste, any manufacturer. You will need a small amount, grams 5.
- - Baking soda, half a teaspoon.
- - A small amount of lemon peel, also gram 5. It is the upper yellow layer of the peel, white is not needed.
- - A small amount of orange peel, also 5 grams. It is the upper yellow (orange) layer, white is not needed.
All proportions are approximate and taken "by eye".
The manufacture of a whitening composition for teeth
Using a fine grater we scrape off the thin top layer of the zest of lemon and orange.
Take a small mixing cup. Put some toothpaste.
Then add the lemon zest.
Add the zest of orange.
We mix and get such a consistency with large inclusions, this is normal. Grinding very finely is not necessary.
The whitening paste is ready.
We take the paste with our fingers and put it on the toothbrush. We brush our teeth with quick movements. The cleaning time is approximately 1-2 minutes, but no more.
You need to brush your teeth with such a paste for one week, once a day. I do it before going to bed at night.
