The manufacturing process of blinds.
1. First you need to measure the window opening, or rather, the glass in the frame. As a result of measurements, a length of 1 meter 50 cm is obtained (the values in each case will differ). We measure out a piece of wallpaper with a length of 1 m 50 cm and add another 30 cm to the assembly. As a result of the measurements, a paper web of 1 m length 80 cm should be obtained. Next, the wrong side of the wallpaper must be marked 3 cm apart.
2. The wallpaper should be drawn along its entire length.
3. Next, we add the wallpaper “accordion” along the marked lines.
4. We retreat from the edge of 10 cm. We collect the folds of wallpaper in a tight accordion and pierce them with a spoke.
5. Thread the holes through the holes. It will serve as a screed for the blinds.
6. From above, we tie the edge of the thread into a knot. It should be well fixed on the wallpaper.
7. On the opposite side, repeat the work.
8. From below we put on clips. They will help to assemble the blinds to the desired length.
9. It is also necessary to fix the Velcro on the wallpaper. They will perform a decorative function. To do this, measure out pieces of Velcro by 10 cm and glue them on the bottom of the wallpaper. Velcro must be fixed so that they are located at the same distance from each other.
10. We fix ready-made blinds to the window. There are many ways to mount. You can glue the blinds to the window using double-sided tape. And you can tie the blinds to the hinges for the blinds.
Finished wallpaper blinds look beautiful and original. They are easily draped and adjustable in height. Paper blinds protect the room well from sunlight.
