Before work, you need to choose a design; the Internet or magazines with embroidery motifs will help with this. Then we transfer the pattern onto the fabric using a special chalk or a simple pencil. And you can start embroidering.
A novice needlewoman can try her hand at choosing the simplest possible motif. A twig with a fluffy end and butterflies are ideal here.
Materials:
- beads (white, transparent mother-of-pearl large and small);
- sequins (metallic, milky, cream);
- monofilament or silk threads;
- scissors.
How to follow
The largest part of the branch here consists of stripes that bend slightly in an arc. We sew sequins along each strip. We attach it using transparent pearl beads. Make the sequins at the very tip of the branch lighter, and choose large beads for them.Some branches can be made entirely from beads. And sew one milky sequin on the edge.
All stripes should come together, gathering on the stem. We embroider it with metallic sequins.
The second (smaller) branch consists of a small cluster. We do it like this: we put beads, sequins, beads on a thread, and sew them on. In this case, the embroidery will acquire a special volume. We make veins in the bunch by sewing the required number of sequins in a row. Between them we sew some sequins using a single bead.
We transfer the butterfly template onto the fabric. Sew white small beads along the line. We try to make the stitches (and the distance between the beads) the same.
