A plastic pipe drilling machine has several advantages compared to an iron machine:

He is inferior to the iron except in the load capacity, although for drilling small parts its strength is enough with the head.

Please note that in addition to plastic parts, there are two wooden parts. This is the base of the bed and the substrate for attaching the drill itself.

What pipe diameter to use? - You decide. It all depends on the size of your drill. I took a diameter of 25 mm.
Let's start the assembly of the drilling machine.
Movable unit, which is on the handles of lowering and raising. The middle cross is larger in diameter so that it calmly rode along the pipe. She does not get drunk, but simply gathers. Next, solder the central node on which the drill will be mounted. Crosses are taken of the same diameter as the tubes on which she will ride. You can’t take it with a larger diameter - there will be too much play, and in order for it to go through the pipe without problems, it is necessary to grind the pipe with sandpaper.
We assemble the entire structure with the base of the machine.
Springs purchased. Similar springs can be found in the old mattress.
Knot drill.
The machine is ready. The base is wooden, pre-sawn and painted. In the center there is a hole for the drill’s free play.
The drill is fixed with plastic clamps. You can also use a drill with a pistol grip, having previously pulled the trigger.
When soldering the machine, be especially careful: use gloves so as not to burn yourself.
